Arrived within a week. First, the bad. Packaging was sloppy. The arrows saying "This Side Up" pointed in opposite directions on different sides of the box. Inside wasn't much better. I repaired a broken cleat on one of the end boards with some finish nails. Sheets of flimsy styrofoam shredded all over. Missing three bars with washers and nuts that are supposed to stabilize the table. One of the cupholders (flimsy plastic) snapped and broke opening it the first time. The earlier reviews on this product are not exaggerating. You are not getting a Tornado table for 1/3 the price. In the long run, though, this table is much more good than bad. Once put together, it's a fine table worth the effort and the price. It feels stable under family style play and the action of the ball is great. The surface plays true and the men move easily. Some of the small things are right in the sounds of the ball bouncing off the back wall or into the goal. I checked out several local stores around the holidays and similar tables were usually 30-50% more expensive. Overall, I'm very happy with the table.

Difficult to put together; Some pieces arrived broken and needed to be glued back together. Took 5 hours to put together. Some pieces were also scratched.

Three boards were broken upon arrival. Packaging was so loose that bolts were falling out of it. Wood quality ? What wood ? Just some saw dust put together ! We had it all day trying to figure out how to fix it and I believe it will take two more days (with the add on of some real wood and craftmanshift) to somehow have a try at what should be a foosball table. Otherwise we will have to go through the entire process of sending it back for a new one, which I am sure will arrive in the same condition. So, a product to avoid !

The first table I received was broken in several places (legs, sides, key areas). The stytoform used for shipping had broken down so the table just bounced around tearing the box in which it was in. The second table was a in a little bit better condition. It was just scratched so between the 2 tables we were able to piece one together. The company was suppose to ship us replacement parts for the broken and scatched pieces but after calling them 2 weeks after the fact they told us the parts were on back order. Sure would have been nice to know sooner so arrangements could have been made to ship the whole thing back. The company has offered us free shipping on our next order to make up for any inconvenience that it has caused us, like I am really going to order from them again.

Poorly packaged - minimal styrofoam could not keep the product from being damaged in shipping. The laminated fake wood was comming off the chip board in places, pieces were busted and the chip board itself had been chipped in places. The manual contains two pages of pictorial netlist, 4 pages of assembly instructions and two pages of how to contact the company when you receive damaged goods. It seems they expect you to find the product in lousy condition. The chrome plated, chinzy plastic cup holders are really over the top. Would not recommend this product.
