Sharp is generally a high quality audio/visual unit. The VC series projects a sharp, clear picture to your screen. Recording comes out excellent, and playback is great. This is a must for anyone's home theater.

I have used it for over six years and still have not had any problems with it. To this day I am using it.

It broke and they wouldn't honor my warranty.

The Sharp VCRs are okay. The VCR that I use at home has worked pretty good. The only bad thing is that the buttons on the remote control have problems. I always have to press the buttons as hard as I can in order for them to work properly.

I had my VCR for about 3 years and so far I don't have any problems. I feel is very durable considering that I keep taking it back and for from my friend's house and my apartment. I almost treat my VCR like a box, put it anywhere and everywhere. I don't have problems with it, I love it. Ohh!! But make sure not to mess it up rewinding movies a lot. I think any VCR gets mess up rewinding movies. Well, people, have a good one, and enjoy shoping or watching movies with your new VCR.
