Commuto

2 stars for the idea. But nothing ever gets traded, no offers are ever made. None that I can see. I may have posted a bunch of unwanted stuff.....but the local bookstore in San Rafael was stoked to get their hands on some of my books and dvd's. Commuto is one great idea that seems to have fallen flat on it's face...IMHO.

A great new site for trading your old items for new thing that you actually want. Lots of clothing and fashion accessories on there already.

Commuto is a new bartering startup with great ideas. By keeping trading local and social, Commuto has eliminated all expenses such as shipping. There are no transactions expenses and fraudlant transactions are eliminated by going local and not have to ship your items.

The social aspect of Commuto is also where it sets itself apart from the rest of the bartering sites. Users are able to meet others in their cities, school, workplace or anywhere else with similar interests through the Barter Buddy Application. Also, users can join local communities for specifc hobbies such as Video Games, Books, Movies, Car Parts or anything else.

So I highly recommend that you try Commuto. It's a wonderful twist to the trading sites, and a great social experience.
