This is, by far, the best foundation I've ever used. I have extremely sensitive skin but this product doesn't irritate my face at all. The foundation is very light, so you don't even feel like you're wearing it. I'm also very pale, so I usually have trouble finding the right shade of foundation, but Stila has my perfect match (# E). This foundation also makes your skin really soft. My only issue with this product is that my nose gets shiny pretty quickly, but I just blot the excess oil with blotting tissues (I recommend Sephora's version.)

I have deceptively pale skin, where it looks lighter than it really is, and the fair shade of foundations is always just a little too light, but usually the next shade is nude and that's always too dark for me. I was recommended shade B and I was skeptical at first because I have pink understones and this didn't look pink at all. But low and behold, it matches my skin to a T. I put it on with Sephora's platinum foundation brush (I totally recommend getting a foundation brush, it helps the foundation go on evenly and easily) and it is very lightweight. I have normal to dry skin and as long as I apply moisturizer, this foundation goes on very well and I don't have a mask look nor does it magnify any dry skin. But all this is is foundation. It's not illuminating or heavy duty (pancake) so it's nothing fancy, but it's an excellent base. I totally recommend this product, plus Stila does not test on animals!

I have skin that tends to be oily in the summer, and residing in Atlanta I need a makeup that's going to last. Also I have a bit of a sensitivity so drug store brands tend to give me complete pizza face due to the fragrance. I first adore this product because it's the only one I've found that matches my skin perfectly, product C--my skin is fair with yellow undertones and most other products seem to only have pink undertones in their fair foundation lines. It has enough coverage to eliminate the redness that I have and with an extra dab on problem areas it can help the PMS breakouts. A dime sized amount of this product and a quick dusting of Laura Mercier's Translucent Loose Powder and I am good to go ALL DAY.

I tried this for the first time this August and got the shade D. It's actually the exact shade of my skin. Unfortunately I forgot to tell the make-up person that my skin was oily, and so the inevitable happened: the foundation darkened over time while on my face! I looked very strange with a pale neck and dark face by the end of the day. I should have gotten shade C. If your skin is oily, have your shade matched exactly, and then buy the shade one step lighter! It will blend better. Me, I still have to wait until I have a business trip to Singapore or Thailand to get a bottle of the right color... Oh, well. This was a very nice foundation with a very natural finish (very true to its name!), and I applied it using the Stila foundation brush.
