"Who Let The Dogs Out?" Bigger questions include:(1) who let the Baha Men write this? (2) Who told the Baha Men they had any talent? Most importantly, as oscargamblesfro noted, who (3) let the dogs--t out? Horrible song, theme, or whatever you wanna call this forsaken piece of crap! This was GARBAGE!
