The swiffer duster is a great product - makes my life 100 times easier! I hate dusting and this really does the job. The duster traps the dust, and it doesn't fly around the room like a feather duster. We have a large flat screen TV and quite a few computer screens, and it cleans the dust off of them with ease.

I like the Swiffer dusters, for keeping my computer, keypad, printer, and my computer desk, dust free. I keep one handy by the computer.

Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R1COT4TXJRG5V4 This thing grabs dust like a magnet and hangs on to it too. To start, just shake out one of the dusters to fluff it out, insert the handle and you're all set to dust. When it gets too dirty to look at, just toss and grab another duster. Don't make housework harder than it has to be - just Swiff it!! Amanda Richards, October 10, 2007

Until this weekend, I would spend hours dusting my home every week. As a 3/4 time student, full-time worker, and full-time mom, I can tell you that there are better things I can be doing on my "off" time than dusting. (Sigh, if I only had time to read or hike...) Not only am I an extremely discriminating consumer, but I'm a neatnik as well. I assumed the Swiffer Dusters were going to be another waste of resources to add to the growing pile of junk that manufacturers put out on a seemingly daily basis by the metric tons, but I had to try them; I was desperate for a solution. If I could only find something that worked as well as a cloth and Pledge, something that was easy, something that was more efficient... Boy did I find it! This product is a real gem!! The handle is made of plastic parts, but it's sturdy - and EXTENDABLE. It's able to easily reach in places that I was never able to get to without either moving heavy pieces of furniture or contorting my body into very unnatural positions. The tip of the handle - where the actual duster goes - is a little flexible. This also only added to the functionality and performance of the product. Not only that, but you can adjust the position of the head; you can use it straight or at a number of angles! The duster itself is more effective than I ever imagined. It's easy as cake to assemble: just fluff and place on the end of the handle. It seems to just soak up every piece of dust in it's path - a thirsty little thing! It doesn't just push the dust around or throw it back into the air; it *captures* it. I used it both dry and with a dusting product; both worked equally as well. Some manufacturers load their products with useless features, but not these guys and gals. It seems like the Swiffer folks really did their research with this product. Every single feature has a use. Believe me, I used them all! Not only did I save time (without a doubt, by 50%; likely, more. I should have timed myself), I also dusted more areas than I would have with my traditional dust cloth and polish: walls, ceilings, baseboards, window sills ... every single piece of electronics. In a fraction of the time previously spent, this left everything so clean that I felt a tear starting to form. A bit dramatic? No way! Why? Because with the help of the Swiffer Dusters and the Vileda mop system (another product I picked up over the same weekend) I was faced with something a bit foreign to me: extra time. I could finally pick up a book - actual literature - and READ. The only thing I wasn't crazy about is the disposability of the product. I hate putting more stuff in the landfills. It would be great if the Swiffer guys and gals could put out a product with the same features and performance but that was washable. That's not to detract from the review though; I'm still sold on the product - though I'll get every single bit of use out of a dusting head before tossing it. And, one more thing, the product sort of catches on lamp shades. When doing my shades, I used the flat part of the dusting head and it seemed to work fine. It's terrific on venetian blinds though!!!!
