09/28/2005 | Absolutely the best lipstick I've ever used. I am usually a Prescriptives user and I like some of the Smashbox colors, but I bought Shiseido's Perfecting Lipstick after trying it at Sephora. The color is luscious, stays on all day and leaves a beautiful smooth color on your lips. I had been looking for a deep pink with some frost for ages and selected a few candidates during a Sephora trip. I loved Shiseido's P14 (Crushed Velvet) the minute I put it on. I just purchased another one to keep in my makeup supplies in case they get rid of this perfect color. Highly recommended.

06/12/2000 | Although I can't vouch for their product from actual use I did use to work for a subsidiary of theirs that makes Salon products. All I can really say about their stuff is that it was highly regarded by those who used it, very expensive, and fairly extravagant (ie. eye shadow and such made from the crushed wings of butterflies -this seems extravagant to me but maybe it's not) Every women in my life at the time were very excited for the employee discount.
