Hording snacks in their desk, including foods that rot and leave a putrid stench in the class for weeks 5

I have a horder in my class. I walked in one day and the classroom smelled like a diaper. I immediately went to his desk an lo and behold there we a bag of cheetos, cheerios, pretzels, goldfish, 2 juiceboxes, and the culprit--old rotting fruit. I threw all that shit out and made him clean his desk all morning.
