I givee 5 stars to the question: Don't you know who I am? This is more offensive because if you don't know who the Douchebag in question is, implies that you are somehow stupid.

I had some Colonel's kid try to waive daddy's rank at me once and I told him to get his own rank if he wanted to waive something around, since Corporals outrank punk-ass civilian dependents. I had a douchebag order a shot of Patron while I was bartending. After downing the shot he complained that I had put water in the bottle to water down the liquor. I gave him my best professional response and he continued to act like a jackass. He asked for the check, and got pissed off when he saw the shot cost 10 dollars.
"I can buy a bottle of that for 40 dollars and get drunk at home." Yes you can douche...so why don't you go ahead and do that. He paid, left no tip, and before walking to the door exclaimed for the entire bar to here, "Do you know who I am?"
My fellow bartender and I had no clue and couldn't care less. Judging by the reaction of the other bar patrons, nobody else knew him either. If the rest of his whining didn't give him away already, at that moment he most certainly solidified my suspicion that he was a douchebag.
