I had to use these when my son started daycare at a facility that had a no cloth diaper rule in their policy. They worked well for that purpose and held up through frequent washes. They seemed to leak more than my lovely cloth, though. Not to mention I think the inserts are outrageously expensive compared to a whole disposable diaper lol. But I did believe it was a better option than chemicals on my sons bum. If you can't or don't want to use cloth this is the next best thing IMO.
