Pamprin works like a charm. Shortly after I take it I feel relief from even the worst cramps with no bad side effects at all. I also suffer from mood swings at my period and Pamprin even helps with those. I just bought a bottle of Midol to compare the two products and Midol doesn't help with anything and just makes me feel worse. I always try and make sure I have a travel bottle of Pamprin with me at all times now!

I didn't help me at all. It made things worse. Now I have a stomache ache. Midol didn't help either.

Just tried it and it was great . All of the pain from bloating was gone, my nasty attitude dissapeared , my body no longer ached and when I woke up this morning my stomache and face were back to normal, no more bloat at all. I am 35 and I wish I had used this years ago

My husband rushed out to by me some Midol tonight, my staple, but they were sold out so he got Pamprin.

I have always used Midol to relieve myself. Severe stomach cramps, back ache, headache, and bloating sent me to my pharmacy this morning in a desperate search for relief; Midol of course (so I thought). My drug store was sold out and I was forced to buy Pamprin. I got more, longer lasting relief from one Pamprin that what I have ever gotten from 2 Midol. After today I will never buy Midol again. Attention all men!!! This is one of the biggest secrets going!!! Once upon a time an old girlfriend offered me a couple Pamprin to relieve a headache due to a lack of tylenol. I hesitated initially, thinking there might be some female hormone or something in it. However, once I checked the box I found out there was none. Was I in for a surprise. Not long after taking the pills my headache was a distant memory and my body was all wondefully loose and relaxed. It's practically opium!! I take it now after taking ecstasy to take the edge off.

It relieves all my systems! The only downside is that it makes me a bit drowsy.

It didn't really help reduce any pain for me. Even when I was taking the max dosage. I felt that I could have taken Tylenol for the same results.
