This is the best product out there for troublesome acne. But, of course, you can't pick - that makes the pimple worse - not the patch! I had a horrible black head on my neck that was there for at least a few months and would not go away. (It was very painful and I could not find anything to work on it.) After several applications of the patches, it finally came out and then went away. With my normal acne, it would work in one or two days. I am extremely happy with this product and extremely disappointed that they have discontinued this product. I want them back!!!!!!

Reasonably priced and very effective acne solution Reasonably priced and very effective acne solution. I used to have an acne before when i was in college and it really makes me inferior every time I'm in a group of people. I read a review about Zenmed on one of the skin care product site, after reading positive review of users who use it I bought ZenMed Derma Cleanse System. Previously Ive tried everything from prescriptions to herbal teas. After using Zenmed products there has been a huge improvement in my skin. My friends and family have all commented on my complexion and its given me a spring in my step and confidence I havent felt in years. and I am VERY happy with the results so far.! If you are looking for acne solutions, I recommend to go for ZENMED Derma Cleanse System.

I have been using the Zenmed products for about a month, and I have noticed a change in my skin. I am a 45 year old women who has had acne for 20 years. I went to the Derm. for 6 years and nothing helped much. The Dr. later put me on Acutane and my skin was flawless but the sideeffects were bad and I had to go off of it. I started zenmed products 7 weeks ago and it's much better now and I am Totally satisfied with product quality and results.

In terms of over-the-counter acne medications, this is one of the better options. If you have SERIOUS acne, these patches are probably not for you. But if you get a zit or two once in a while, these are worth a shot. If I notice a zit starting to appear, I can usually stop it from becoming a big, ugly whitehead by using these patches for a night or two.

I had 3 very bad zits last night. 2 of them completely flattened out with the patches, although the scabs came off with them, so they did bleed a bit in the morning. The third zit, the only one I did not pick, is not flat -- it may have gotten flatter though. I followed up this morning with some maximum strength acne stuff, so hopefully the two together will work well for that third zit.

This shrunk my zit temporarily for the first night but after that it didn't do anything. Granted I have particularly stubborn acne, I don't think the concept of this acne treatment makes too much sense. You put a sticker over it. The treatment isn't a gel, liquid, or cream that can absorb into your skin. So how effective can you expect the results to be? It's placed on your skin with ingredients found in stickers to keep it in place. It may not be a sticker but it has sticker ingredients. Do you really think it's sensible to put something that sticks to your skin like that? Besides it's held together by something that sticks to your skin so whatever ingredients are in this patch that's supposed to get rid of acne are probably binded by the same stuff. I don't think it can effectively be releashed. I understand the concept of trying to dry out the acne making it more vulnerable and some people put bandages on their acne but oil and heat can just be trapped inside the patch or bandage instead. I worry that this patch can create that kind of environment. I think you're better off finding an effective gel or liquid treatment instead.

Didn't work at all. The first time I tried them, I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, and tried them again the next night and the next couple of nights after that. The zits never even got smaller. I guess they just work differently for some people. Instead of just using these all the time, wash your face and then use some time of salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide product to make them go away. They're much more dependable.

So here's the real deal. They do work. Depending on the size and state your zit is in when you start to use one it may work overnight, it may take a few nights. It speeds up the healing of it a considerable amount. Meaning: if you catch the zit when it first forms, you will probably catch it early enough to stop it completely; if you don't, the zit will continue to get worse until it gets better. Just stick with it. Don't put them on after you've picked, they act as a bad band-aid and the zit will heal to the patch, therefore when you take it off, off comes the scab and now you have to wait for that to heal too. and scabs are alot harder to hide with makeup. If you cut them up, that's fine, as long as it fully covers the pimple and the skin surrounding it. I've used these for about three years now and they've been a lifesaver for weeks before big events.

acne got worse and pimples got bigger in the places i applyed these pads.

This is a great product when used as directed. I've seen complaints about them not working, which seems to be caused due to misuse. 1.Don't cut them up, the patch needs to blanket the whole area and isolate the blemish. 2.They won't work very well on scabby zits or bleeding zits. Resist the urge to mess with those big zits before you've had a chance to patch them overnight. Given the cost of the patches, I would reccommend this for people who get a few big zits occasionally, not for people with heavy acne. So far, I've had great results using them.

These things are horrible. I used it it once at night and when i woke up my pimples thta i put it on were scabbed and bleeding. This didnt help at all. Dont buy them. They are a waste of money.
QuantmLeap4Lif e 02/17/2002
I bought a package of these. Plus I cut them up so I'd have more. It did not work at all. Just a big waste of money that I could have spent on something better than this piece of crap.
yitta2626 07/19/2001
What a rip off. this thing doesnt help a bit. why not just put scotch tape.
rockstar2 06/06/2001
i use these whenever i see like a blemish or two and it's cleared away by morning. It's cheeper than the other patches, and it gives you MORE patches, and it works just as well. You can also cut them up if you have like a small zit and you don't want to waste an entire patch on it.

works fast....overnite the swelling is down and the redness is greatly reduced...usually the blemish is gone by the next day.
