I got to admit I can't even remember Pearson. Irving was solid, a winner, an emotional leader next to the other laid back two (nothing wrong with that, though, Montana kept cool onfield). He got the football for his QB. He did cheat pretty bad. He is not one of the standout HOF WR's, but he definately belongs there.

I'm the biggest Cowboys fan you'll ever meet, but Michael Irvin is not the best WR in NFL history. In fact, I wouldn't rate him among the top ten. I have no problem with him being in the HOF because he was a big part of three championships, but, in my opinion, he was no better than the No. 88 before him for the Cowboys, Drew Pearson.
