Someone ought to tie these two to a rocket bound straight for Arcturus for this insipid and disgraceful version of the Smokey Robinson classic. Terrible infernal duet, a crime against humanity, in fact, a crime against THE UNIVERSE. A slick, I'm a regular Bud drinking 80's purveyor of by the numbers trash and what appears to be the snooty product of a drunken 1 night stand between The Scarecrow from the Wizard of Oz and SNL'S Jane Curtin destroying the legacy of this genius of a singer. Probably the worst co- opting of black music since the heyday of Vanilla Ice, at least. An abomination of Book of Relevation proportions! Almost sounds like it's not real, like it's the sort of dung you'd think up after about a case of beer AND THEN too much acid. The only person insane enough to come up with some musical meeting this ghastly would have to be Dr. Moreau!
