Customer service might be friendly, but they do rip you off and it takes them five months to resolve all your issues.

This company must be run by demons. They rip you off, steal your soul (with their stupid contracts that you cant get out of for any reason) and the customer service reps are robotic, programmed humanoids that refuse to listen to reason. Stay clear of this company if you can.

They still hadn't cut off the previous person's phone service when I moved into my new apartment, even though I had requested phone service 2 weeks in advance. But they're ok now, except that the bill format sucks, even after they redesigned it.
