 | grig (0) 01/23/2008 | It is now USA Mobility. We had them for about two years. Lots of problems with creating group pagers. Delay in paging average three to four minutes; maximum delay was documented 17 minutes. Some pages never came through. Customer service will not return calls or emails. We are dropping them next month. We are hospital and cannot afford service like that.

 | jus4fun (0) 06/09/2003 | I used to work for this company in Reno, NV. Judging from the comments here, things haven't changed a bit. Without a doubt, the WORST job I've ever had. Sexist management, junior-high politics, unfair commission structure, and moronic tech support. I was the only sales rep in the state, and the training consisted of a lunch meeting and a pamphlet/coverage map. I'm not kidding. Still, I set sales records month after month, only to be harrassed by management in offices who couldn't compete. It was a nightmare, and I finally walked away. Horrible company, run by horrible people.

 | GaryH (0) 02/09/2003 | I'd give Metrocall a rating of ZERO, if posible. Customer Service Call Reps are clueless. After 3 months of frustration, cancelled service, no refund was offered.

 | Kampen (0) 12/14/2002 | From ordering to final cancellation, the service is more then terrible. Absolutely no quality control. They send me a pager with a frequency for California to Pennsylvania. Then they were wondering why it doesn't work. Their customer service reps are absolutely helpless and useless. The supervisors are not far behind. They don't care if you complain or care about their customers. Their standard answer is: "I am sorry". Nobody knows what they are doing and they don't keep good records. Don't waste a dime or even penny on this useless company. The worst company I have ever dealt with.
