12/19/2004 | I have 4 cell phones with verizon wireless and this is the worst service I ever had and will not renew when my contract is up. Every time I see that commercial on TV can you hear me now I feel like throwing my phone at it. Never again.

12/15/2004 | No end. They cheat by writing down that you extended contract, when you didn't, and then you cannot get these criminals to fix the records. 3-5 times I have called, they first said we are still under contract, then looked at the notes of all their errors and agreed we are not under contract. All these times they promised to send written confirmation and have supervisor call, but nothing ever happened. 12/07/2004 | Get people working for you that can understand and speak English.
I was told to pay a bill to an address in Bellvue Wa,I sent a check on 11.11.04 and somewhere along the line the check was never entered in my account, now my phone has been cut off, this has been explained several times, I don't feel I have to spend $35.00 to have the check stopped when the fault is Verizone.

09/12/2001 | I have 6 mobile phones through verizone and the service on the phones in terrific in every way. They stand behind every product without question! However, I had a pager thorugh them and receieved the worst service I have ever experienced. The pager never recieved a call. I called multiple times and they made attempts to repair the problems but it never worked. I will say that they refunded my money in full and I was happy. If you want a mobile phone go to verizone; if yopu want a pager, go any place else.

07/28/2000 | I realize that Verizon wireless has bought out many companies, such as Airtouch and GTE, but they are great! I have had no problems whatsoever with my paging service or billing. I do think that they are advertising way too much though. Every commercial break they show two different commercials for Verizon wireless and to me, that's a bit much. But the service is awesome.
