I got the sheriton today, it's vintage, immaculate, and definately gets 5 stars! The Gibson without a doubt earns its 5 stars and then some!I was really surprised when I played this Epi Blk Beauty,it totally sounds as good as a few Gibson LP (studios)Ive played!!! You can't go wrong with an Epiphone, Buy a vintage semi-hollowbody with two humbuckers & that'll change your mind! (Black Beauty-5 stars!) Casino is next!!! TomKat

It is a great guitar and theres plenty of room for customization (pick guards, pickup covers, knobs, trim, etc.) and I look forward to having a little extra money so I can add some of these accents to it. Obviosly the Gibson Les Paul would be the top of the line Les Paul out there, but the Gibson-Epiphone guitar is also a good competitor because there is a lot of room to grow here. And until I get another guitar, this one will remain my favorite.
