Epiphone 3

Gibson's lower price point line, the equaivalent of Fender's Squire or Gretsch Synchromatic lines.  These are perfectly fine guitars, for what they are.  I do not own one of these, but I have played them and found them to be all right.  I do see quite a few people playing them in the clubs, so, I guess they do the job for others.  I do have an old Epiphone bass amp, all tubes, that I play harmonica through.  I upgraded the 12-inch speaker to a heavy duty Jensen.  It sounds really funky...

Epiphone 3

I own an Epiphone Goth G-400. For the longest time, it was my main guitar, I loved it like no other. Great tone, feel, neck is very smooth, and very lightweight. Sadly, it fell and the neck split. After getting it repaired, almost nothing changed. Although Epiphone can't compare to Gibson, it really gets the job done.

Epiphone 5

I own an Epiphone Sheriton II, an Epiphone Les Paul Black Beauty, And a Gibson Les Paul Studio, umong 4 others. I got the sheriton today, it's vintage, immaculate, and definately gets 5 stars! The Gibson without a doubt earns its 5 stars and then some!I was really surprised when I played this Epi Blk Beauty,it totally sounds as good as a few Gibson LP (studios)Ive played!!! You can't go wrong with an Epiphone, Buy a vintage semi-hollowbody with two humbuckers & that'll change your mind! (Black Beauty-5 stars!) Casino is next!!! TomKat

Epiphone 5

Once I turned in my rental Fender Strat, I got my Epiphone Les Paul. It is a great guitar and theres plenty of room for customization (pick guards, pickup covers, knobs, trim, etc.) and I look forward to having a little extra money so I can add some of these accents to it. Obviosly the Gibson Les Paul would be the top of the line Les Paul out there, but the Gibson-Epiphone guitar is also a good competitor because there is a lot of room to grow here. And until I get another guitar, this one will remain my favorite.
