05/20/2006 | I like the service itself, but they get you into a discounte program only to stick you with a $40/month program later. THey tell you the only way to get a discounte price is to buy a bundle program that includes satelite,phone and internet.

04/04/2004 | It appears that SBC DSL is more and more unstable. I have to reconnect more and more frequently (WindowsXP Home user). When I call CS, it's never their fault. Am I alone in this?

02/06/2003 | I've had this evey since it started and its been down more than up. Also its worse now since they went with YAhoo. If I could find a better provider I would dump them in a heartbeat.
