Good features and wattage, but mine died 3 times in 20 months for the thermostat. Must be a design/construction problem, but Maytag will not help.

Our 45 day old MMV6178AAS convection microwave caught on fire in the control panel area. The repairman says the high voltage "mag" dead shorted to the wiring harness. 10 days later Maytag has still not agreed to give us a refund on the appliance. Their customer service is horrible
