We have a 1999 Avant, and it has been TROUBLE-FREE at 60,000 miles. The routine maintenance is expensive, but this is not a Chevrolet. The car is really solid with no squeaks or rattles. Its foul-weather capability is tough to beat. We sometimes wish for more power, but have no trouble keeping up with traffic anywhere, especially passing. We would buy another!!

The Audi A6 is a fine vehicle and provides all the comforts of a luxury car, the only drawback is the excessive repair costs. There is nothing inexpensive to replace on this vehicle,,,a friend said to the mechanic I don't want this to nickel and dime me to death..the mechanic replied...Don't worry, there won't be any nickels or dimes involved.
