 | candles (0) 07/12/2007 | Bought my 1997 Odyssey in 1999 with 79,000 k on it. 10 years later I still drive this van and it has basically cost me nothing except general maintenance. At 241000 k now and I am not afraid to drive it anywhere. It is the only company that I have ever dealt with that I don't have to fight with customer service. They make you feel you want to go back. Have I ever had this with the Big 3? Not in my life time. Would recomend Honda Quality and service to anybody. They definately sold me.

 | jkraude (0) 06/13/2007 | Overall, good handling, good excelleration, nice interior and very reliable. I have an 04 and possibly the upgrades in 05 are things that I would really like. Anyone thinking of buying a Honda, I would say go for it. Its been good to us.

 | MrCar (0) 07/31/2006 | I really don't understand all the hype around Hondas. The drive mechanics are poorly designed, the ride is tinty, and the interior parts are chinsy. Here's one minivan owner who will be going back to a Chrysler.

 | Toyz (0) 03/16/2006 | This is the first new vehicle i have bought and i cant think of a better choice. We bought the NAV and RES system with it and love every min. If you are a parent and do road trips with your kids its a GODSEND! well worth the money for the NAV system too so I dont have to talk my wife through directions all the time over the phone. The van handles great and is very smooth. its the quietest vehicle i have ever driven on the road. I have owned many minivans in the past and this one is by far the best out there. For 06 models there is no better choice even for the slightly larger cost. I test drove all the minivans for all the major makers before choosing the honda. The van made the choice simple, test drive one and you will see!

 | fljoslin (0) 10/26/2005 | Got it to replace a Suburban. The Honda EX-L is not quite a big inside, but the seating is more versatile. The vehicle has less than 1500 miles on it, mostly on a trip across WA state and back. On the 800 mile round trip we averaged 28.6 mpg one way and 25.6 mpg the other way. This was through the Cascade mountains and through Seattle at or above the posted speed limits. The Suburban would have got a little under 15 mpg for this trip.

 | a2sDale (0) 10/23/2005 | Got our '03 about 2.5 years ago and have about 20k. Absolutly reliable w/fair fuel economy; the 5 speed auto helps. Got leather LX pkg, added an aftermarket 15" dvd player mounted on rear ceiling; keeps the kids occupied on longer trips, but obscures rear view mirror visibility.
Love the handling as it behaves very carlike. It still weighs (several) tons, but you don't notice it except in its' solid feeling. Ride quality may be a bit harsh for some, but it's better than the "disconnected" feeling that's typical in minivans.
Have seen the "new" models, and don't think they offer anything significant that wasn't available several years ago. A hybrid, diesel and/or AWD might persuade me otherwise. Meanwhile, we use our regularly and all drivers love it!

 | pip_squeak (0) 12/25/2003 | Not bad looking for a minivan. It's big, spacious and powerful with the 3.5L 240hp V6 and is sure to be reliable - after all it's a Honda. Heck, it sure beats driving a sissy Dodge Caravan which appears to be the favorite of soccer moms everywhere.

 | BIGBABY (10) 02/15/2003 | Best minivan. Fold flat third row seat, optional second row bucket seats, and the only minivan to offer a navigation system. Plus, you get Honda's reliability. But expect to pay full sticker price- everyone wants one.

 | maladami (0) 01/09/2003 | The best family vehicle. It has great options for its seating. The center seats can move together or apart, back row can go down or face backwards. I don't know why it needs 11 cupholders, but its nice to have. I also love the folding, expandable table between the two front seats. It really drives like a car, and has a better turning radius than my old Camry.

 | Sunshine (0) 09/20/2000 | Best minivan in the market today! Safe, great gas mileage, stylish (at least as far as minivans go), affordable, and low maintenance. The biggest plus is the back row of seating which fold completely down to open up the entire back for hauling stuff.

 | Munson (7) 05/05/2000 | I drove my cousins' Odyssey and it was a nice ride. I don't know how it does with respect to maintenance or gas mileage, but if you're in the market for a Minivan which drives and handles more like a car, this would be a good choice.

 | john430et (0) 01/07/2000 | Well designed, reliable, comfortable, more stylish than most mini-vans. These things are used as taxis in New York City, which shows how rugged they are (Taxis take a pounding, generally being driven over 100,000 miles/year on rough roads). Good mileage, too.

 | maha788om (0) 11/03/1999 | A good drive with the six-cylinder engine. The moveable seats in the second row are great. I haven't heard "he touched me first" in quite awhile.
