News Flash: Good Guys went out of business at the begining of this year. They were bought by Comp USA which is owned by a Mexican company that apparently ran it into the ground.

i buy almost all of my big ticket items here and i am generally happy, but i think that at times the sales people are more concerned with making the biggest sale possible instead of actually meeting the customer's needs.

Of all the electronic chain stores Good Guys will at least hire and continually train the sales staff. Want to know why to buy from commisioned sales? Buy something here and a like item at Best Buy. Try to return the item at each. BEST has NO customer service. The only bad marks that Good Guys gets is that it bullies it's sales staff with sales quotas which can cause some sales people to use high pressure to keep their job.

Most knowledgeable staff and best stuff from any of the chain stores. I actually get the right answers to my questions there.
