04/01/2006 | Perhaps the one supermodel who started it all. She's a timeless beauty. I wanted to comment on all the supermodels listed in this category. They are all beautiful and sexy in their own way and you have to appreciate their individual beauty and appeal. Would like to give them each a five star rating. Hard to say that any one is better than another.

11/14/2005 | hot in her day but her day was about 20 years ago and sadly she hasn't aged well and has especially lost the plot figure-wise. Her unwillingness to accept that her time has passed represents a sad decline for a lady who was once a pin-up girl for millions.

10/16/2005 | Several posters have ragged on Christie because of her age, calling her a "has been." Well, the lady has accomplished more in her lifetime than many ever will and modeling is only part of her success. If I looked half as good at 40 as she does at 51, I would be struttin my stuff, too. Apparantley Cover Girl agrees; they've asked her to come back as their newest spokeswoman for their new line.

04/11/2004 | Christie is an airhead egomaniac.She wouldn't even go see her biological father when he was dying of cancer.She's obviously a golddigger when it comes to men until she got enough money to finally buy herself a pretty boy.She said she wanted to have his baby because with his genes,he should procreate.She probably is trying to have another her for the model money.Plus,she gets to be in a magazine giving her lame boringwhat a trooper I am story over again.She better pray she doesn't age like her mother;she's looks like a real life witch!She is starting to look old.I wonder what she will say to God about her contribution to the real world.That's if she makes it there.

Unfortunately the rumors ive been hearing about her and her attitude are disturbing hence 4 stars. Still who can be that age and still have darn sex appeal.And tat Chuck Norris gym informercial, DAMN Christie looks tops.

11/17/2002 | She is indeed a timeless and classic beauty. However, her all about me attitude is more than I can take sometimes. The total gym informercials are fine; but she poses and preens for the camera while everyone else (on camera) is focusing on the matter at hand. The war stories about husband #3 are way too old; and the bit about post traumatic stress as an excuse for leaving one husband to marry another after the helicopter crash is about as believable as fantasy island.

04/19/2001 |  From an ex-model who was modelling in New York during the same period as Christie was when she was in her prime...On beauty alone, I would give her a definit high 5. But on personality and ethics I wouldn't put her on the scoreboard. This is a woman who reputedly flushed a novice model's makeup down the toilet because she was jealous of the attention that model was getting. Christie did not love Billy Joel and injured him without a backward glance. (Christie, love is not a contest.) I saw them in St Bart's when they were on their honeymoon. She was riding all around St Bart's trying to stir up attention for herself from the press - I don't know where Billy was. While Christie was in Tiffany's looking at jewelry, Billy was hanging outside under a palapa. Does this sound like two people in love? Christie is immature and has to have all the attention. It is time to start looking at women (and men) as a whole (looks, integrity, intelligence, talent, generosity etc.) and not evaluate them on just a superficiality that will fade with time.

I remember where I was when I caught my first look at Christy Brinkley, in that scene in the movie Vacation where she pulls up next to Chevy Chase in a Ferrari.
