 | SchadenfreudianSlip (18) 07/02/2007 | If you think this guy asks tough questions, then you don't have a Jewish mother-in-law. He's a wuss...but that's okay. Just not for me, because I think media should be our eyes and ears into the crimefest that our government and in particular our executive and legislative branches have become. Larry does the profession a disservice...unless he denounces himself as a journalist and more rightly accepts the mantle of entertainer.

 | drhenrymalcolm (3) 07/02/2007 | Great host, good voice, asks the tough questions, yada yada yada. Let's face it, though: at a certain point, the guests are all that define the show's level of intrigue. Get rid of these twits like Paris Hilton and quit pandering to the "lowest 25%" auto-demographic-finder!

 | ExoticSarah (12) 05/29/2007 | Larry King is one of the best television reporters via talk show hosts I have ever watched. He is very honest when he conducts his interviews and does not hesitate to put individuals on the spot. He uses his voice for the right reason, but allows others to use their voices, as well. I like him because he challenges skeptics on quite a few wavelengths, hence why he is more than just Larry King, but the king of all reporters. Every time you watch Larry, you always look forward to what he will say (or ask) next and how it will make an impact on society, as a result.

 | Marlane (3) 07/01/2006 | He does get the hot people. What he does with them is not impressive. Not what you'd call probing -- he just gives the person of the moment a forum. Would only watch him if he had someone on I was interested in.

 | Audreyce (0) 03/28/2006 | Who says talk show hosts have to humiliate and demean to score ratings..?
I think Larry King represents an almost non-existent group that understands that one can have a good informative program, with varying opinions and perspectives, presented with dignity and without attempting to hurt those involved.
I really like his show and wish there were more of these and less of the dog eat dog styled ones all aimimg for ratings and not caring about the destruction they leave behind-

 | carebaboutstandards (0) 03/27/2006 | Larry King always asks questions I'd like to ask the guest. I think Larry King lives up to what his show is supposed to - a candid chat, not a confrontational expose.
I'm glad we have the choice of watching a civil discussion show. There are already too many of the other type of show out there.
I think Larry King is just fine.

 | RainMan12 (0) 03/22/2006 | The King of the Softball Questions. HELLO.... The only time I watch is if a particular guest is on or if a famous person passes away that day. One of the most overpayed people in America!

 | noskcaj (0) 11/21/2004 | He would be just ok if he did not have so many fakes like john edward the psychic medium on. It's bad enough to have this guy on but the softballs really fly. Like he believes this crap from this already proved fake. Softballs are what Larry King is all about. That is why so many People go on only his show instead of Lou Dobbs, Anderson Cooper, Wolf Biltzer or near about any other CNN host or even other networks. Don't want to get a follow up question or called on a lie. Go on Larry King.

 | Chalky Studebaker (4) 10/08/2004 | horribly pretensious and almost cold w/no emotion......i'm pretty sure he's a robot......he's pretty ugly too but a decent interviewer if you can stand to watch his ugly mug. anyway, if you see him, be sure to kick him for me

 | ranoffroad (0) 09/25/2004 | Larry King is still good, but the last two years have been flat to me. He's gotten a little too tabloidish lately and that detracts from his more upbeat image. I wished he would have interviewed Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson instead of the substitute host--he would have chewed them up about that MTV show, saying it was disgusting or something. He comes from experience and he would give him sound advice on marriage instead of the high life lifestyles they're living now. But that's Larry and he shows class. The last few months, he's followed cases like Kobe Bryant and Scott Peterson and he seems completely lost among the guests. Because Larry is from a different talk era, I don't think he can keep up with these kinds of modern topics well. And he needs new glasses--they're a little too big on TV, something a little more simple. The suspenders (his trademark) have got to go! And he needs a new hairstyle--no more combovers, please! I'm not saying make an extreme makeover for him, but modernize him for today's audience so that he doesn't feel dated.

 | earthspirit (0) 07/05/2003 | I've tried to watch his show, but he is SO boring. He thinks it is a point of honor that he does no homework and doesn't read the guest's books--how dumb is that????

 | sunglazd (0) 06/04/2003 | Why is Larry King allowed to have 'psychics' on like Sylvia Brown etc, and then pushes thru so many callers, it is like his guests are performing dogs? His regular shows are OK, but the ones where he has the psychics on really show how bad he is as a person/interviewer.

 | BIGBABY (10) 04/19/2003 | Larry King needs to give it up. He tries to hard, and has no chance against O'Reilly. His show is boring, usually he has only one guest on his show at a time. Dosent argue with anyone at all.

 | kathy farley (0) 10/28/2001 | I really enjoy your show when I get the chance to see it.. Im usually not around a tv.
The reason Im trying to contact someone from this show.. The night before the NYC towers were crashed into.. Mr.King had the medium John Edwards on his show.. It was Live and a lady called and he was so disturbed that he wasn't getting anything to tell her but the number 11. He asked her about the number or could it be like Nov ll. He just really seemed diferent that nite emotionally and I think Mr. King felt it too..Well the next morning just happened to be Sept. ll and the trade center was destroyed.. I cannot rest thinking was that lady from there. Or did she have family or something in it.. So does anyone remember the show and Mr. King I'd love to find out who the lady was that called in.. I was half asleep but, That Edwards guy always captures my attention. Since I've lost my mother in law and mom in the same yr.. I'd love to meet the gifted man.. Thanks Kathy Farley

 | CastleBee (83) 05/16/2001 | To all current and future talk show hosts - Larry King has a great idea you might want to think about; he lets his guests finish sentences and express opinions that are not his own! I know, I know it's rarely done, but guess what - it works great! On top of that, Larry even comes off looking like the professional that he is and others can really only claim to be.

 | callmetootie (4) 04/07/2001 | Larry King really knows how to host a Talk Show. He always has the greatest celebrities on, and he asks them some of the most personal questions, and actually gets an answer. He also does lots of fund rasiers and stuff.

 | Jaime (0) 02/13/2001 | This show belongs in the waste basket. Take my advice, turn off this guy, that way you can spend time with your family, read a good book, go see a play, jog around the block, or go visit a friend. In other words do something more useful with your life than watching this celebrity obsessed crap.
