So, what's wrong with a little romance? Laura Ashley clothing is light, airy and casually elegant. The colors and prints are soft and relaxing. They remind me of the English countryside and bright Easter mornings. There's something very gently kind about them. Sure, they're not something you'd want to wear all the time any more than you would want to read Jane Austen everyday. But every now and then it's kind of nice and even a bit uplifting.

I love the romantic, old-fashioned look of the dresses and skirts from Laura Ashley. I know they may seem outdated to some other women, but sometimes I just love to dress in romantic clothes. It makes me feel very feminine. I love the lace and lots of the prints are just so cute. I don't like to wear her clothes for every occassion, but sometimes it can be fun to dress-up in something different. I'm glad that Laura Ashley offers some clothing that is different than the clothes that everyone else is selling.

Stupid store - perfect for rich, middle aged women who like to dress like they are 8 years old.

Her clothes are not in touch with the twentieth century they look like something from the fifties

Clothing is a little too old-fashioned or something. Great dresses and hats for little girls or conservative ladies..a bit too much for me..Too "Little House" I can see Nellie or Laura wearing one of these dresses to church on Sunday..

Interesting English stuff. I rarely buy them though cause they don't cater to petite-size people. Some of the dresses' materials are too cheapy and "old-looking." An interesting place, nonetheless. Oh yeah, cool hats!!
