Prices are good; however, don't order online...it takes FOREVER to receive the order! Their customer service is completely awful and not helpful. Very unprofessional and hard to believe Old Navy is part of Gap, Inc. Gap, Inc should be ashamed.

I love their reasonably priced children's clothes. Their shipping and customer service is horrible. My package was damaged in shipping and was sent back by UPS. I still haven't heard from them after emailing twice.

I love their sweetheart jeans...only jeans that fit me but boy, are they slow with shipping! It takes them 3-4 days just to ship the merchandise! Also, the merchandise isn't packed very well...stuffed into a plastic bag and sealed basically. I much prefer shopping at the brick and mortar stores so I don't have to pay the $7 shipping fee. The only problem is the brick and mortar stores don't carry size 1 short. Still, I like their clothes, just don't be in a hurry to get them if you order online!

Old Navy has a decent selection of clothes for both women and men, including children. The quality of their clothes ranges from poor, to great. Their jeans being of the latter (great), as well as their shirts. Expect to pay $30+ for a pair of jeans, and $10-15 for a shirt. Unless on sale, of course! As Old Navy has some fantastic sales!

Okay first of all...For the person that said they copy Gap.. WELL DUH!! Gap is their parent company.. also in that company is the higher end banana republic, FYI. Some of their things aren't the best quality, but if you take care of your clothing there should be no problem. I used to shop at A&F, and I'll tell you that their quality is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Every tee/jeans I've bought from A&F have not held up at all!! JUNK.

I seen better cloths at a yard sale, I went to one of their stores, and I never want to go back there.

Old Navy is exactly what is meant "you get what you pay for". Expect jeans to start showing wear and tear after a few washes.

my freind always shops here and she made bought me alot of clothes for my birthday theyre clothes are bulky those t shirts in like a thousand colors with old navy written in small letters they have no shape it looks like it was made for a square im usally a 4 or 8 at old navy im a 1 or 2 and it still dosent fit right i do really LOVE!!!!!!!! theyre flip flops the simple plain colored ones they go with all my outfits from hollister and A&F and A&E it is cheap priced but not the best quality

These clothes suck and only come in fat sizes! They are ugly and no one likes Old Navy anyway.

The clothes are obviously very "flea market", but I did run into fitness guru Richard Simmons at an Old Navy in New Orleans.

Quality of clothes: not the best, but they do offer cute stuff. The clothes seem to shrink and fade in no time, the sweaters pill, and the pants don't all fit the same by size Customer Service: it's always very chaotic and it's an exception, if I take less than 2min's to get through the cashier. They either mess up the price, charge me extra, or simply act as if they're being fooled somehow.. Is that stemming from having to deal with a predominantly broke-teenage-college student clientel, or lacking in people skills?-I don't know, but I do dread going into that store, if I don't have an extra hour to waste.

I love this store! And GAP is the parent company so I wouldn't think the quality could be that much worse than GAP. I have 2 young daughters and buy the largest portion of their clothes from here each season and I find nothing wrong with the quality. Actually the clothes get passed from my oldest to the youngest and then to my niece and are still in great shape. I also find some good deals there for myself too. I do find that I have to try on all of the pants because they don't fit the same and I have had to take back one or two items because of a small hole or something (returns are very easy) but I've had to do that with some of the more expensive merchandise I've purchased too.

Some really do have money problems and Old navy is probably where they can shop at. Not everyone is a spoiled brat u fashion obsessed sickos. In fact, sometimes i go into "trendy" shops and have a good laugh at the high prices u people are willing to spend.

Not sure what my mother was thinking when she got me a gift card to Old Navy this year. I have never shopped there before for a reason. I'm not a trendy preppy person. Bright pink and lime green are just NOT my colors. In fact, they make me appear ill. I've never been comfortable in Old Navy stores and that was no different when I went in to attempt to use my gift card. I bought two ribbed tank tops. I tried on jeans, trying to find something sexy but not trendy to discover that I am a size 1 and they only make the 'short' versions in size 2 and up. My fiance and I spent most of our shopping time making fun of the merchandise. LOL...

The poorest quality of clothing next to a discount chain. I spend as much time taking things back as I do shopping there. Always good about returning stuff, but who wants to make two trips to a store to get it right? Just bought a shirt 4 days ago, has a rip in the collar, worn once, taking back today. Sent company an email, but do not expect a response. Good prices, but you usually get what you pay for.

i find the gap to be hit or miss. Most of the merchandise is covered in Old Navy prints and labels and i hate that, Some of the other selections are god-awful!. but every once in awhile i will find a cute purse or a nice pair of khaki's.

I have bought lots of things mail order from here. They delivered fast and fitted perfectly. They have washed very well and were fantastic vaule. I like their pants especially as I am pear shaped but they fit like a dream. Being British I have never visited the store itself but look forward to doing so when we are posted to the US next year.

i would say there goof because the plain simple modern styles from higher stores are duplicated at a good price... and most are good quality i only had one bad expereince i got some really baggy thin jeans there and they ripped at the back pocket really bad and the but wore down but everything else was really good its a good store everything is very modern and well priced... although the 2 problems i do have is that for me i usually need to get a size bigger then normal here and there sale section always looks like crap and you can never find anything in there like if u need a different size

Old Navy is not a bad store, it's just basically a hit or miss, sometimes they have great stuff, other times you could walk away with nothing. Good prices for the whole family, including maternity wear, so they're worth a shot.

ALthough a lot of their merchandise fits WEIRD (men's jeans, some of the women's jeans, women's khakis, etc)., if you are on a tight budget and need to get some clothes for work or some sweats and tee's, then Old Navy is not a bad choice. While they are nowhere near other mall stores in quality, they have decent enough clothes for the whole family while not harming your budget!

I'm not a 'clothes snob' .... I shop here. Good prices and good selection of casual dress.

This is a pretty cool store. I used to pretty much only shop here. Now, I'm branching out a lot more, but I still like Old Navy. I don't like the loud music, but at least the clothes they sell don't make you look like a slut. The missing star is for the music and the inconsistent sizing. I got size 4 regular length stretchy midnight blue jeans, and I went back to get more in a different color, and they were not just too small, but too small in different proportions. But for the prices... Hey, it's more than I can expect!

I've found a couple pairs of capris here that are good, but overall the quality is pretty poor, the clothes are kind of bulky and not very flattering for women, and I swear they don't size things consistently. I'd shell out a little extra and go to the Gap. I like their cuts a lot better.

If you want cheap clothes that are ill made and will last for about 6 wearings this is the place

Lets face it,Old Navy is a cheap knock off of the Gap.I think there clothes are ugly and way too labely.These clothes always fit bulkey and are never very flattering to a womens body.I think overall the are just cheesy.

This store is a hit or miss. The styles are great, but the fit is not always so good. You can buy 2 pairs of the same exact pants at the same size, but they'll fit different, very odd. On the plus side, the prices are fantastic, very inexpensive.

Old Navy on occasion has some okay finds, and prices are low, but their clothing mostly suffers from poor design, poor cut, and poor quality. When I try on Old Navy clothes, I always look like I am wearing straight pieces of fabric taken directly from a fabric roll and stitched together in box form. I look dumpy and horrible in these clothes. If you like the no-waist, unfitted look, this is a good store. At least the prices are cheap.

Old Navy is great for basic, knockabout clothes (eg no frills shirts, khakis, etc). I can always find something good on sale; however, I would not depend on Old Navy for your primary source for your wardrobe, as the clothes are not the highest quality. Men's fashions do not change as much so it is a good investment to spend a little more so that clothes last for more than a few years.

I used to love this store when it first opened. But now, they've gone to crap! In the beginning, they actually had nice clothes that lasted a long time. Now, their clothes are just plain ugly. And the quality of their graphic tees is nowhere near American Eagle or Abercrombie!

i use to work there, and customers are so freaking rude. you think employees want to work? i didn't want to be there as much as you! and if you say i'll never shop here again! they don't give a crap you can take your damn business and attitude else where. the company makes enough $$ as it is

Somewhat cheap clothes... but at cheap prices. The materials they use are of poorer than average quality. The denim they use for their jeans are paper thin. As for their style... Old Navy is kind of like a scavenger that feeds off dead trends of other shopping mall brands. The reason why I give it 3 stars is because their merchandise isn't that much worse than the stuff at the stores they emulate (A&F, Abercrombie, etc), while offering considerably lower prices. Why buy a pair of poor quality, goofy Cargo pants (they look like MC Hammer's parachute pants) at A&F for 60 dollars when you can buy the same thing at Old Navy for 20? It boggles the mind. High school kids are idiots I guess.

I got a few gift cards from here and frankly could'nt wait to get out of the store. The store itself is annoying and so are their commercials. The clothes don't have much quality.

I bought a few things from Old Navy, the clothes don't really fit all that well. I know with the new style of today, the girls like the bell bottom pants with the tight fit around their butt, which is fine, I wish they didn't have that kind of thinking with the Mens clothes as well. I like something comfortable, something that may even be a little baggy. Leave the tight fitting cutting off your circalation pants for attention grabbers (females). The clothes to me all look the same at Old Navy and I had a pair of pants washed them 3 times and they were falling apart. I will never shop again at Old Navy. My girlfriend talked me into going onetime. Imagine that. She won't talk me into going again.

Old Navy is like the KMart of the clothing stores. The clothes are very cheap, and they feel and look it too. I wouldn't be caught dead in an Old Navy outfit. I prefer my Abercrombie and Fitch better, thank you.

It's a very good store because they carry a good selection for the casual, conservative look. The accessories (handbags, belts, etc.) they sell fits perfect with their clothing line. Also the clothing is very comfortable. I find their cargos and sweatshirts to be comfortable. They also have some business casual clothing like trousers and such. Overall its a great store for the whole family.

Is this store supposed to only be for teenage girls or what? Even the clothes in my size are cut so slim that I can't wear them! The prices are great, and I'd love to shop there, but if it doesn't fit.... :(
