I personally haven't been stalked by any of the employees, yet. Victoria's secret is very generous in giving out freebies, I got more than $100 worth of stuff for free! Also, they are very nice when you return stuff and they don't ask annoying questions. I wanted to return a lipgloss($7) for a pair of underwear($7.50) and since I paid 54 cents for the underwear I got to use my coupon for a free pair of vs undies($8.50) with purchase. So, I paid 54 cents for $17.00 worth of stuff! Oh and the lipgloss was a freebie from a coupon I had. The cash register lady was very nice and didn't get confused when I returned my stuff. If you sign up for their emails, you will get great freebies and coupons! Oh, and sign up for Pink Nation, the freebies so far: free tote bag, free undies, etc. The employees get a little annoying, but thats their job and if you don't show signs of discomfort, they won't attack!:) (like if you see a bear, stand still.)so,yeah, great service, great freebies, and beautiful clothes that are good quality!but, sometimes a stalker, too.

I ordered two "sweaters" and a "sweater" dress from VS last week. When they arrived they were made out of material that is as thin as a t-shirt. How is this a sweater? One sweater was off the shoulder and another backless making it impossible to wear a bra. That would have been okay, but since the material was so cheap you can completely see my chest through both (and I'm an A cup). I will never order from them again.

don't know about the clothes but the catalogs and website are good. Sexy is good.

They don't tell you if there's something wrong with your order even if when you *call* them to order. You call their customer service about it afterwards, they can't do anything about it and tell you that they can't give you what they promised. They are cheap merchants who don't deserve a cent of your money.

They dont deserve any star. There online store customer sevice gettting worse and worse every year. I been their best customer for so many years, but this year they cancelled my account the reason is I order too many diffrent size(tried to collect angel card reward so I order for all my relatives) and spent way too much money on their site. They accused me re-sale their products. That`s insane!!!! I am a angel card VIP, and that how they treat their VIP, Its not just worse excuse I ever heard thats the worse shopping experience I ever had. Basically they dont wanna you spend too much money on them. I guess they have right to reject my order but I think I wouldt never shopping with them ever again!!!

I live in Australia, and have had the opportunity to visit the VS store in San Francisco Union Square. I was impressed with the beauty of the store, and the help of the sales assistants. I did need some help with bra fitting, and the girl was very busy, but I was prepared to wait (10 minutes). I was very impressed with the bra I bought, as well as the 3 pairs of panties. In fact, I was so impressed with the little card they give you with your size and style, that I went online when I returned to Australia to buy more of the same. And that experience also went really well! I was expecting my order to take ages to arrive (they said 6 weeks), but it arrived in about 4!So overall, I am very happy with VS and am looking at buying other clothes from there. However, I think I'll wait till I return to the US to try them on, as I'm not that confident in guessing sizes, even using a size guide.

Victoria's Secret is the best. They sell the best products, they have the best sales, and the best costumer service. Nothing else in my closet compares, and I am a frequent shopper. The quality and fit is always so nice. I don't want to spend money on clothing or cosmetics anywhere else.

Some of the people from VS who have managing responsibilities seem to be very stupid. I have stopped buying from VS.

I don't know what they have the models to wear for the catalogue shooting that they look so good in it, but whatever piece you order (despite your no matter how sexy, curvy, slim or tall body) you will end up looking like wearing a curtain. I have ordered from panties and bras, swim suits, through tops to skirts and pants..... and I can tell you ladies........if you are looking for a nice clothes, do not bother even looking at their catalogue pictures, as they are not showing the real thing. You will be getting the worst possible quality of fabric ever existed, and so called "fast scissor and needle work". Their size chart is so so not to follow, just throw yourself a coin to decide on size, there you may be more lucky to receive something that will actually fit you. I have always been around size xs-s, here in Australia ,and as I am not familliar with US sizing I strictly followed the measurements on their chart, to my surprise I ended up being size 6 (thats what the measurements said)making me wonder how skinny (comparing to me) than must be S.J. Parker if she is stating being size 2 . Offcourse when I received my ordered garments , the pants I could simply fit into them twice, the tops, They all turned out to be so small I could not even pull them over my shoulders and my husband had to literally cut me out one of them with the scissors (children sizes or what? ). Swim ware, size S in bottoms .......parachutes !!! The only thing that I could say looks ok are the bras and G-sting panties, eventhought to get the sizing right here is also tricky. The jump one size up or down for bra is so big that you end up either having problem breathing in the bra or hoping that you can wear it at least a few days before period when your boobs swell up a bit. The wire in the bra is not very well thought through either, it is very thin and tends to turn and roll and all sorts of strange fenomena. Nothing like a good quality bra you buy at the shops. VS is all made in china and the poor people possibly are so underpaid and hungry they do not see (and do not care) what they are doing. VS is filling their pockets up with money on fooling us girls that want to look and feel good about themselves. They are laughing behing our backs for showing us that possibly only their super models can look good in their garments. By the way the only thing that I ever seen on the runway was their cheeky lingerie which was possibly pinned on the models for a perfect fit, but I never seen ony of their clothes which I swear are far far from something flash.

Today marks the THIRD phonecall to VS to check up on my order.I placed an order for 14 items(just bras and panites that were ALL 'in stock') On Saturday September 5th. I understand Monday was a US holiday, but I ordered from several sites that Saturday and they were shipped by either UPS or USPS. One was ordered on Tuesday Sep8th and its already here!!! The website still says "In Process" and when I call the automated thing says "There is no tracking information at this time". Yesterday when i called they said that 'Oh its left the facility, the system should be updated by the end of the day'...It wasnt. I called just now and talked to some BITCH and she said that the package left the facility on the 8th, but since they use "Private carriers" tracking information wasnt avalible. "what do you mean 'private'?? like some random dude is going to deliver this package to my house?" "No, UPS or the post office will deliver it." "Um, those arent 'private' companies, I ordered items from several other places and on the same or next day they sent me either tracking numbers from UPS or Delivery Confirmation numbers from USPS. My gripe is, i paid EIGHTEEN DOLLARS for shipping and you all cant even bother to send me the tracking info? I understand Monday was a holiday, however, one of my items from another company was ordered 2 days after I ordered with you and it was shipped USPS and its already here.""Well your package should be there no later than September 17th""Right, but can you see where im frusterated? I paid at least 10 dollars less to ship with the same carriers from different companies, and at least i know where those packages are! For 18$ that shit should have at least been here by now or I should at least have tracking on it.""Like I said it will be there no later than September 17th""Wow ok I got that, but thanks anyway, I assure you I will never ever order online from your company ever again." Am I being unreasonable? Am I fucking crazy?? If you paid 18$ for shipping with any other company, your shit would either be here by now or at the very fucking least you would know where it is. I should have looked it up before I ordered because now im afraid that my items may never get here!! Im a very busty girl, and bras my size that are cute are really hard to find, and I assume if they mess up my order, I cant just take it into the store and exchange it right? Thats just peaches VS! The simple answer would be 'go to their store from now on' well since im so busty they dont always have my size in stock and if they do the selection is POOR AT BEST. Im just one of those people that LOVES to bother CS Reps when their company has made an EPIC FAIL so belive me, I will be up their ass with a broomstick if they fuck this up, and even if they dont I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER IN A MILLION YEARS Order online from them again.I didnt even want to put a star, but they made me!!NEGATIVE STAR FOR YOU VS!!!!

I have ordered items from VS in the past that have come fast, but now everything takes DAYS just to process. I ordered a pair of UGG Australia boots that came all fine and everything, so right after I ordered a second pair. Well after 5 days I still hadn't recieved my shipment confirmation e-mail and i e-mailed them only to get an automated e-mail that said it was processing. listen, all you will get with an e-mail is an automated response. About 3 days later I finally got a shipment confirmation order and was relieved, only to get another e-mail the next day telling me the item was discontinued! I called customer service and they were very friendly, credited the monet back to my account and I had them order me the same boots in a different color and I thought all was good. Once I got my second pair of boots, I was so excited. I opened the package only to find my boots in a BLANK BLACK BOX and not the official UGG Australia box! Also, the bottoms of the boots are very rigid! My other boots were not. I BELIEVE THAT VICTORIA'S SECRET SOLD ME FAKE UGG BOOTS.

I am writing this review with respect to an order I placed online to have several bikinis delivered to me in Ireland. I would rate the service as terrible, the bikinis as over-sized and the cost as ridiculous. My experience ordering the apparel: Using my boyfriend's credit card as over in Ireland most people do not have credit cards (the majority of people use debit cards - if VS is offering an international service they should recognize the different cards of the countries they service). They would not allow the transaction to go through until they had faxed my boyfriend's bank to confirm his address and received a fax back from the bank...WHAT? This in itself was incredible, I have never heard of this type of thing before and the hilarious thing was, when my boyfriend called his bank to ask had they received the fax...the bank replied NO and asked why VS would have this ridiculous system in place, as the bank manager put it "if we had to reply to faxes every time anyone used their VISA card online, we wouldn't get anything else done all day". So, I called VS to tell them the bank hadn't received any fax - did they have the right fax number (isn't this their JOB?)? I had to provide them with the right fax number (laughable). The following day, we called the bank AGAIN - had they received the fax? No! I called VS again and spoke to a manager Josie or something - she proceeded to ask me if I knew whether the bank had a 24 hr fax system?!? I let her know that believe it or not, that is her job to find out - not mine as the customer. She then advised me to think about if I had any US friends that could use their credit cards to buy this order for me...as a US credit card might be easier to process (again if VS is going to deliver international - they need to sort their payment systems out.) So, I proceeded to ask a US colleague of mine if she would mind - we attempted to make the order again and the girl on the phone was extremely rude when processing the order, she seemed to have a problem delivering my order to MY address instead of my colleague's address. The following day (thinking all was well) my friend contacted my to say that the VS associate had called her bank and had her card BLOCKED...she had to unblock her card and explain to her bank that VS is extremely unprofessional, she was trying to make an order to deliver to Ireland and if a request for payment comes in again to process it. Finally the order was sent out over 8 days from the original order placement. Cost:I requested an express delivery and paid almost 100 dollars in delivery charges to VS to have my order delivered in 3-10 business days. Did it arrive on time? Yes. But UPS charged me another 100 euro (approx 143 USD) to deliver it to me...hadn't I already paid VS for this? Bikinis:Not great quality, and the bottoms (I ordered medium) are enormous...I am always a medium...always. These bottoms are like nappies and not only are they all too big (I dread to see the result when they get wet) - but they are inconsistent in sizing. All the bottoms are medium but when I put one pair up against another, some are visibly larger then others. Overall I would say, their swim-wear is cheap and badly made, their service is atrocious (I don't think I have ever spoken to ruder phone staff), and ordering international is NOT by any means worth the headache and cost. My order of 260 dollars cost me in total $499 after delivery charges. I plan on posting this on every review board I can find because VS are a disgrace and their customer service is appalling.

I just ordered some bikinis online, andI have the problem about my order.I went to victoria secret website and click on bikinis page and chose the one that I like. I chose 3 difference colors but the same style of the bikini but when I got the items, 2 set of the bikini is exactly the same color. In my account the name of the color that I need is match with the sample color on the webpage that I went to earlier. I called the customer service about this. i try to exchange it to the color that i need but the customer service said like it is my fault to not look at the code of color before order, so i have to pay for shipping fee. It doesn't make sense to me to post two different sample colors but put the same code on that two. bad customer service.

Victorias secret is okay. the clothes are a bit trashy and pricy but they are good quality. Also, the salesladies are generally helpful (yet more than once I have found they give you ZERO breathing room)

Shopping on their website is ridiculous. They have really great clothing and good quality items. But, I ordered online for a suit jacket and decided it was way over priced (as most items on there are) and wanted to cancel the order. I had used the VS card for the first time. It wasn't even 8 hours later when I called to cancel the order and they said it had already gone through and was shipped. That's a lie because I've ordered things from them before and you always get a confirmation email and then the shipping one later once it was shipped. Even when I checked the status online it hadn't been shipped and a few days after trying to cancel the order I got the shipping email confirmation. The people on the phone were so less than helpful. I have a feeling it was because I used the VS card and the APR on that is at least 22 most of the time. I think they thought they would make more money if I didn't pay if off in full (which I was going to). When the item shipped I sent it back and canceled the charge card. Not only did they lose a charge customer, but didn't care that they had an unhappy customer. I've ordered things before from them and the prices are just outrageous. I wish they sold the clothing in a store like they do the bra's and panties. At least then you can see the item in person instead of wasting the $15 or more shipping price just to get it and it not fit or just not what it looked like in the picture online. They need to step up their game and not try and pull the wool over people's eyes.....come on VS, get it together, don't be shady.

After reading a lot of these reviews, I actually made an account to add my two cents. It seems like most of the ladies who are downing the store had bad online shopping experiences, or poor customer service. In all my experiences, in real life, with the store, I have YET to have a bad encounter. I've had a few rude saleswomen, and definitely ones who gave off this holier-than-thou aura. They're also generally pretty rude when you take stuff back, or try to exchange items...But the store is not wholly about the customer service.I love everything I've ever gotten from Victoria's Secret.I have bought one item from Victoria's Secret that I was dissatisfied with, and one alone. It was a pair of panties, from their PINK line, that had come un-stitched and had a small "hole" in it. I only paid $2 for the undies in the first place, so I just sewed it shut with hardly any effort.I've only made two returns, and neither one was for a bad product. I assumed one hoodie would fit me based on my t-shirt size, when it didn't end up working like that - I also returned a pullover for the same reason. I returned both with little effort, aside from a bit of rudeness from the saleswomen.Their clothes are amazing. Every clothing item I have from there has survived countless washes, constant use, and exposure to pretty radical temperatures in both directions. The glitter has yet to come off of the stuff with glitter on it, none of the buttons have fallen off of anything, and the colors haven't faded, even on my oldest items.Everything fits wonderfully and is amazingly comfortable - well worth every penny.I've never gotten any of their items home and tried them on to find out that they didn't look as good as they did in-store - which has happened to me countless other times, in other stores. The clothes are very true to size. They don't lose shape, even when the flimsier ones are washed with jeans, which has been necessary a few times.Even during the sales, when everything is almost too cheap to believe, the clothes are still of the same quality. They don't pull out all of the returns, or the stained-up shirts that have been hanging for months, or the sweats some little kid spilled soda on a few weeks ago. They sell items of the same value as any other time of the year.As far as the bath and makeup products, which few have mentioned positively, I haven't had a problem with any of that, either. The perfumes smell fantastic and last for hours, the makeup doesn't run or smear, and the lotions actually ARE super-softening. Again, this all comes from real-life experience. I haven't ever found the need to shop online, and based off some of these comments, I probably won't do so in the future.I love Victoria's Secret - I've been a loyal shopper for years, and I'll continue to be in the future.

Their online store totally sucks! I've ordered two pairs of shoes I really liked and then a tank top just because I wanted to try it. They charged the full amount the same moment to my credit card. I've been checking my order status every day just to see it is "In Process". After a week of waiting I've emailed them and they said they have to talk to me on the phone so I should call. I called them and they started to ask stupid questions like if it is my card or what is the name of the bank on the card. Pffftt.. Then the support guy said he lets the order go now. The next day I checked the order just to see that both shoes are "Discontinued" and they're going to ship me just the tank top in five more weeks. I immediately went to their website again and guess what - I was able to order the same shoes, and when I tried to put them in my shopping cart, they show it as "In Stock". Isn't that some form of fraudulent activity? Or corporations can do that? I am really disappointed with their service. It is slow, dishonest and just terrible. I am trying to get a refund now.

I never order anything online from here, I just shop in the stores. I have had good and bad experiences. One of the good ones was I encountered a very helpful sales lady who helped me pick out the best bra for me.Onto the bad ones. I tend to find that the closer to Chicago I go, the worse the stores get. I went into one a few years ago with my (now) ex boyfriend, and it was clear we were a couple (holding hands, talking to each other, ect.) I went into the changeroom to try some things on. I came out and I found sales girls scattering all over the store. I didn't think anything of it until my boyfriend told me they were openly and bodly flirting with him while I was in the changeroom! Of course, after that, none of them would look at me, much less help me with anything I needed. I left my items in a heap on the floor and walked out.I have also found that employees can be rude to you if they realize that you are just looking and don't necessarily intend to buy anything. However, I do love their underwear, although the bras tend to fall apart after a couple years even with gentle machine and hand washing and hanging up to dry!
smittysgirl 05/05/2009
I've had a few problems with the clothing, I ordered 2 turtle necks, after I washed them and hung them to dry several holes started to form wear the collar meets the neck. But this is not Nordstroms. The clothes are pretty decent and I've never had problems with the customer service. I keep reading how people order something and then they don't receive it until weeks or months later. This is not VS this is the POST OFFICE. THe post office is not UPS or Fedex and you can not track POS packages. I suggest you call your county's post office to find out what happened to your package. Plus I don't understand the whole "slutty" talk. If you want to see slutty, look into Fredrick's of Hollywood, I'm sure you'll find some slutty stuff to your liking. There are plenty of items in VS for those who are more modest than others. I can appreciate the more sexier items, but I stick to my cotton bikinis, unless maybe thats too slutty as well!

I am beside myself at the horrible experience I've had with ordering from Victoria's Secret online. In the past 6 weeks I've literally spoken to 15 *different* customer representatives. I'd like to say I'm exaggerating, but I'm not! My first order, I placed using a promotional code that gave me $75 off an order of $250 or more. One of the dresses was supposed to be a white and purple pattern, but wound up being purple and some awful shade of off-white that just made it look dirty. One of the dresses was beautiful, so I kept that, and then there were two other things that didn't fit. Exchanges should be expected when ordering something online, so I called in to do my exchange over the phone.I expressed to the customer service representative at least 2 times that I was doing an exchange. She, however, processed it as a completely new order. This means that the items I exchanged for did not go towards my initial order total and so caused me to lose my promotion. I found out later that had she processed it as an exchange as she was supposed to, I would have maintained my $75 off, no problem. However, not only did she process my order incorrectly, she put a promotional code on this second order without even telling me. I went back and forth with customer service via email several times, each time it was a new person replying to my email, and they kept saying that they didn't see my $75 off promotion, they saw this other promotion - Essentially telling me that *I* was mistaken and that *I* messed up and put the wrong promo code when it was one of their own that did this unbeknown to me.I finally broke down and made the time to call in to customer service again to get it worked out. The woman I spoke to this time, realized that the lady that was supposed to process my exchange processed it incorrectly, but told me that I didn't meet the dollar value to maintain my promotion overall. She was not looking at the actual total of my exchange, but rather at the total that had shipped. One item was on back-order! So she told me that if I wanted to spend $26 more dollars I would get the promotion. I did so, since I didn't have all my paperwork in front of me at the time. Then when I got off the phone, I realized what had happened.I had to call several more times to get my promotion sorted out. Then when I received my exchange, one of the items, that was supposed to be a chocolate pair of crops, was a blue shirt! I am now on my 3rd exchange because another item was not as it was described - which I just found out they also have processed incorrectly (even though this time I sent in the exchange form *AND* an attached note explaining in great detail what was to be done). They've given me a $25 gift card for the first round of "inconveniences" but after this latest occurrence, $25 just feels like a slap in the face.

Best store ever! It's not even the products themselves but the great customer service and lightspeech fast shipping. After trying different online companies and experiencing a pure nightmare with incorrect items being sent, terrible customer service, not receiving my order at all, I must say Victoria's Secret ROCKS!!!!!

I have a hard to fit bra size, and have found that most VS bras fit perfect. And if they don't, I get a pre-made return label to ship them back. If i chose to exchange, I can do it by phone and VS will ship my item before they receive the one I send. They have great colors and fabric types. I have found they have clothes and underwear of great quality, if you are willing to pay for it. If I buy their cheaper items, I get cheaper quality. I have also bought clothes from them. Clothes sizing seems to differ. I can order a 2 in one thing and have it be too small but too big in another item. They have great sales as well. Nice, expensive, quality sweaters for $20 that were originally over $100. Nothing is perfect ordering online. Every computer screen is different, so colors are not always 100% accurate. If you want to be absolutely sure if something matches something else or get an opinion, I have found the customer service to be great. They will give me advice on sizing and which items might match. I have found them to be knowledgable and helpful. I have no problem with shipping. If you order $100 then they offer free shipping. I admit that other sites offer a discount at lower dollar values, but at least its something. They don't have to offer anything. If you don't have access to a store, or don't want to leave the house, then deal with it. I order a lot online, and I've had no issues with VS shipping. The only time the delivery is slow, is around the holidays, and they have always warned me when things might take longer. I've had much slower shipping from Amazon and ebay. I have several of their swim suits, some better quality then others, but again I got what I paid for. If you are ordering online, without trying anything on, is always a gamble, so be realistic in your expectations. Color is hard to judge online, and size and how it will fit is impossible. Once you have ordered a few items, you get a feel for how things fit. I have been very pleased with my purchases, and when I'm not, they get returned. Its that easy.

I tried to make a payment to pay off my VS credit card and the payment was returned for some reason without my knowledge. I have now incurred 3 late fees totaling $60 and the VS representatives, which btw you can hardly speak English, will not reverse any of the late fees. I don't think I will ever shop at Victoria Secrets again, which is really sad for them as it used to be one of my favorite stores but this is just ridiculous.

I made three orders in November and 1 in December. Order 1 contains a dress (they got the size wrong) Order 2 contains A dotted babydoll (I got a plain one with absolutely no dots though the picture and description said it does.)and grey socks (I got green) Order 3 contains a sweater (with MODA International tag) Order 4 contains a free item which turned out of stock but it showed on my invoice In all fairness to them, they sent me another dress in the correct size and another color and let me keep the correct item. They also let me keep the non-dotted babydoll and credited back my card for the amount I paid for it as it was a misprint, they do not actually have a dotted babydoll for sale; they also credited back what I paid for shipping the items to a US address and another 5.99 to cover for return shipping whether i return the items or not as the socks in grey is not anymore available; lastly, they sent me a $20 gift card because of their error in not including the free item. Because I felt disrespected by one of their customer service representative's comments, and voiced my opinion on it, they gave me another $25 gift card. I'm a Philippine customer. I purchased from VS and sent the items to a forwarding freight company to be sent to me. To date, I have not received the dress in the right size and both the gift cards. They automatically ship returns and exchanges to your billing address.

Love VS you just have to know their products and prices if you're a smart shopper you can get very good deals but seriously , people be reasonable if you want perfect quality go Nordstrom. if you want cheap prices go walmart . there are no miracles

I am a bustier girl, and at only age 19, I am in DD bras, but I am not a big girl at all, Yea they are natural, but that could fool some people because they are so big and I am small. I have become more and more disappointed with Victorias Secret. They are supposed to be known for their selection and accompanying all sizes but although they have my size they dont have much to offer. I have yet to find a bathing suit I can fit into, although I appreciate being able to miss match the two piece sizes. And I have a lot of trouble with the cloths, I recently purchased a shirt to wear on Christmas and I had to send it back because they put a bra in it, and of course it was too small! I find myself paying out of the nose on return shipping, more than being satisfied with what I ordered! Does anyone have any suggestions for me, any other places for me to shop WHO REALIZE THAT WOMEN CANT BE PRODUCED FROM MOLDS?!?!? I heard they got onto about the Slut level from their models, but I dont see them changing. I am not a lesbian, and If I was I would go somewhere else for racy photos of women! When I open a magazine or go on the site I am there to SHOP not get off! I dont need some wet naked Whore who looks like she is ready to take it to model off a bra or underwear! They cant wear shirts when they are modeling off pants? Save a tree, model off the shirt and the pants on the same page and stop wasting our money by making all these pages of smut!! Maybe they could lower their outrageous prices if they used less paper for their advertising! WAKE UP PEOPLE! They also let me order a pair of pants I wanted (on clearance), advertised it, and let me put it in my shopping cart and check out to pay for it and when I got my package they werent in there because on the bill it said they were discontinued! SO DON'T PROMISE ME SOMETHING THAT I CANT FREAKIN HAVE!!!! And the Quality... GAG ME! I didnt even have my bras for a year and they were stretched out and falling apart! WALMART has better Bras than THAT!!

I have bought several item from Victoria's Secret. I have been quite pleased with the items overall and will continue to shop there via there online store.Overall:Items: 4 out of 5. The clothing section has a pretty wide variety. There's virtually NOTHING slutty about the clothing (push-up bras under a few outfits, but that's nothing). It should be noted the the sizing is a little bit snug, and the sizing chart is QUITE literal. In other words, if you've been pulling that tape measure tighter to convince yourself you're a little smaller, purchase according to your actual size, not your dream size. Also, not all items look exactly the same color or way they do in the picture. Lighting, camera angles, computer work and the model make it look very different. One thing I ordered (a coat) turned out to be three shades lighter than I thought it would be, and didn't look as expensively made. It looked more like a knock off version of it (the sewing is a little dodgy...I put my had in the pocket and felt a taut thread stretching from one end of the pocket to the other. I'm afraid to snap it and unraveling everything). I liked it, I was just surprised at how different it was. Buyer beware in this regard.Price: 3 out of 5. Ouch. Some of these prices can hurt. Some of the clearance items aren't that bad; $9.99 for a shirt I couldn't find anywhere else. Other items are way overpriced; $39.50 for a corduroy mini skirt (!). Now, while some of the clearance items aren't too overpriced, the SHIPPING is the killer. 5.99 (or so) for items under $25.00 (at time of writing). That, plus tax, should always be kept in mind when purchasing anything. Try and get Victoria's Secret e-mails for 25% deals and free shipping on items (usually over $100).Speaking of shipping, it takes a while to get the item you purchased. Sometimes, it took less time than usual. Other times, it took a little longer. 7-10 business days. Expect shipping dates to be sporadic.Customer Service: 4/5. Only called twice, both times received quite good help. One informed me as to why my purchase didn't appear to be received by the USPS (it was, just not scanned yet). They were pretty polite and helpful. No real complaints.Ease of purchase: 4/5. Purchasing has been pretty easy. The only difficulty occurred with an item that was on clearance and still listed as available when it wasn't. I received a notice days later that they were sorry, but my purchase was out of stock. I was refunded my money and that was that. Another item was backordered and took longer than expected to arrive than estimated.Overall Satisfaction: 4(1/2) out of 5. Overall, I am very pleased with finding this store. They have my size and the clothing is very flattering. I have found clothes that I otherwise could not.

I love shopping online and they have great deals. But... A couple of times when I shopped right before a sale was over, once I start processing my order, they give a message that the site is on maintenance. The first time, I still wanted my items and ordered them the next day, with no discounts. The second time (today) the sale was supposed to be over in a few hours and I got this message again once I started processing my order. OK, I reset my ip address (changed it), got back to my shopping bag and... there was no maintenance message anymore. It probably works as you get several discounted items in your bag and it's triggered by updating the bag (adding or removing items), so I kept getting "maintenance" once I updated the bag. But when I reset the address again and didn't have any message anymore. I did it several times and managed to complete the process.

I've ordered from vs since 1988-tonight w/ my shipment I recieved s.t. extra, a wheel!! Pretty entertaining except for the fact there was a label slapped on it that said "contains a chemical known in the state of california to cause cancer & birth defects or other reproductive harm"----yikes! wtf?? I have no idea why it could possibly be in my much anticipated shipment, but I sure as heck don't want it there. Has anyone else ever experienced this strangeness??

I bet you don't know that Elanor Roosevelt was a founding partner in Victoria's Secret. FDR said that he wanted to see her in something sexier. Why, I don't know.

Who cares about the shipping... the clothes are very trashy. It's amazing how they stay in business. I guess from idiots like myself that give them a chance to redeem my last very expensive yet quality lacking purchase. I could've have found a better shirt at my local super store.

Victoria's secret online has a lot of great varieties that the stores don't have, at least most of them. The website is easy to order, everything is great and simple, up until the point they take your money..... but as you wait for your item, it is a LONG wait compared to other online websites you can order from. For example, the same day I ordered from victorias secret and hollister. Hollister shipped my item within 24 hours, and victorias secret says "still in progress" on the 3rd day now. Of course this would not bother someone who never orders from them, but someone who does and is awaiting these items, to know that it is sitting in some warehouse not even scheduled to come to you is almost maddening!
