Kid Rock has definitely brought a lot to the industry. In fact, I would put him in the same league as the band Faith No More. He has managed to combine rock, hip hop, and cross those genres into country. He can sing songs that are upbeat, as well as, standard and ballad. If I had to choose my favorite Kid Rock song, I would definitely say "Only God Knows Why" as that song was the first song I ever heard him sing. I also love his fun upbeat "Wasting Time" as that proves he has personality. He obviously has brought something new to the industry (to which was accepted) and definitely knows who he is as a musician and artist, as a result.

Ahh The Kid.A bit too old methinks to still be called Kid. Should be renamed Incontinent Old Git Rock. On the plus side he is one of the great buffoons in rock who does at least provide some entertainment, which is more than can be said for moping feckers like U2, Coldplay and Radiohead.

I did'nt like him initially but he's all about traditional country. His duet with Sheryl Crow is superb despite the fact that it's overplayed.

I honestly think Kid Rock thinks he is a good person, and he also feels that he has talent. And there is nothing wrong with having good self esteem, but at least wash your hair before parading in front of a live audience. Where did these type of standards go over the years? And his music, come on now. It is not the best.

I see both good and bad sides to Kid Rock. I enjoy plenty of his songs especially the real,emotional ones like Only God Knows Why and Picture. What I don't understand is why a man with apparent talent resorts to labeling himself white trash. For God's sake,man, have a little respect and maybe give class a try. It might get him farther with critics.

I do admire his tenacity. He fought, got knocked down, got back up numerous times and eventually got catapulted into superstardom. But, as far as his music, the lyrics are of junior high mentality. His ego is of behemoth size and eventually, in time, it will be deflated along with his popularity.

I'm not sure what to think of Kid Rock. He looks kind of scuzzy and dirty whenever I see him. Take a shower, dude! I loved the parody of him on "SNL" a couple weeks ago with Chris Kattan playing him and some chick playing his slutty bimbo of a girlfriend Pam Anderson. I guess those two deserve each other. He's an oddball that can't seem to figure out if he's a rapper or rock singer. And what's the deal with that weird little midget guy who performs with him. I heard one of Kid Rock's slow songs - I don't remember the title- and it was nice; he has a decent voice. Unfortunately, I see him as just a current fad and he will soon fade in popularity. Hey, at least he's patriotic!

You'd never know that all those different styles go together, but he not only pulls it off, it is nothing short of kick-ass music. I can't wait to pick up the new album.

I Love Kid Rock!! How can you not like him? I'm from Michigan and it's great that he shows so much love to his hometown!! Instead of faking out the music scene, like N'Suck and the Backdoor boys, he keeps it real and puts out some solid music that we all can identify with! Who doesn't want to jump out on stage and yell "My name is..." I was lucky enough to see him in Concert, front row, and he truly is the American Bad Ass!! I will definetly go see him again, I'm a true fan to the core and always will be! He's a great artist, not to mention, he's Sexy as hell! :-)

This KID shares the LOVE!! There are a lot of singers or performers out there that don't show the love to their hometown which made them who they are now, like KID Rock shows(I'm from Romeo, too). His lyrics, ("Only God Knows Why") rocked the charts and proved to America that he's no other than a human, citizen, and a man with emotions, struggles, and hardships in the past just like the average American, man or woman. He's seen the gruesomeness of the world we've made, kinda like Rage Against The Machine sees politics, and how Tu Pac had seen racism. He's an average American showing how he feels and doesn't brainwash America that women have to look like Britney or Christina, or hell even singing about doin drive by's. He's just one cool guy that has worked his ass off to get where he's at!! My props to the KID:)

I am a 34 year old mother of 4. For each of their 18th birthdays they are getting a trip to see Kid Rock. I have seen the man put on a FANTASTIC show and will go see him everytime he is in town. If you don't like the way he acts or his music, don't look or listen. Just because "YOU" don't seem to see some talent doesn't mean that it isn't there!!!!! He can be my "Bad Ass" anytime.
