Hugely important figure as a musician and a songwriter. If Dixon doesn't exist, rock loses about 10 percent of its playlist. Fine voice, solid musician.

Dixon was a GREAT songwriter,and wrote many hits associated with the most famous and honored Blues musicians.He was also a MASTER Bass player,and played with the best of them.His songs were also covered by many famous Rock bands.(Who made more money on his music than he ever did.)
