Austin Powers was his bread and butter. I loved all his characters esp. fat bastard. He is a genius. No one is as good as him when portraying different characters, except Andy Dick, a la the Andy Dick Show. If you don't like Austin, go jump off a cliff and rid us of your stupidity.

This guy is very flexible and will take on any role and make it funny. Love the spirit and kindness, has a hard time playing a bad guy though

This guy is one of the most mannered and unsupple comedic actors ever. Take a script away from him and he's useless. The Wayne's World schtick got old quick, So I Married An Axe Murderer was one of the worst films ever made, and those tasteless and vulgar Austin Powers flicks are totally unfunny and often entirely pukesome.

I just don't get it. What is so great about Austin Powers?

His comedy is like a partly cloudy day with bits of sunshine peeking out from time to time and lots of gray areas. I think he was great in the Wayne's World stuff, I also always enjoyed seeing him do the farclempt (sp?) skit he said he based on his mother-in-law (Did you see har nails? Like budda!), and he broke me up as Dr. Evil - the only character I really liked in Austin Powers. It is actually that groovy guy Austin Powers himself who provides most of the gray area for me with Myers. The way I saw it, Austin Powers could not have lost his mojo since he was way too much of an idiot to have had one in the first place. No way BABY!

I did not enjoy the Austin Powers films. I enjoy this man purely because, without him, there would be no Wayne's World (the greatest comedy of all time) and because he is very gifted at his craft. His impressions are above average and is just an overall charming comic. BTW, everyone knows someone who resembles the host of Scottish Soccer Hooligans.
