I vividly remember the video for "Virtual Insanity" so it had to have been cutting edge back then.

IMHO, the best group since 1990. Sadly avoided on US radio.

I have not heard anything new from him lately...but I still think he is unique and a wonderful musician. He is not a Stevie Wonder clone much to popular opinion...he is very genuine. Very good singer.

Without going in-depth, I like their sound, even if many think they are ripping off Stevie Wonder. You could certainly pick a lot worse to rip off...and I dig the singer's fashion sense.

Two stars here for bass maestro Stuart Zender. Could have been a decent jazz-funk combo were it not for uber-tit Jay Kay. His Steveisms are bad enough but worse still he's an even more annoying little dork than Mick Hucknall. And as already pointed out, what's with the stupid hats?

This British group puts forth some good songs which will hype you up and make you want to dance. Examples are Cosmic Girl, Lill' L, and Dynamite, their new song.

Yet another poor man's pub karaoke version of a bigger star, this time Stevie Wonder. 'Addicted' here reckons they are 'totally original'. Eh? Clearly you need to hear Stevie's 'Songs in the Key of Life' for a start. Worse though is Jay Kay himself. An obnoxious, materialistic egomaniac with a violent temper.

This guy is one of my favorite artists of all times. This group has crazy ability, which is seldom seen in toda'y world of imitation music. Their style is just straight funky! Never before have I heard anyone mix so many different styles of music together, and the music still sound good. Anyone who doesn;t like this group, or at least appreciate their talent knows absolutely nothing about music. They have been around for a while, and we hear some of their songs everywhere, but people just don't know that it's Jamiroquai. These guys have true talent. The lead singer has imaginativity and creativity, but still has a solid knowledge of how music is supposed to sound. They get a 5 from me. Peace.

firstly "ALOT3955", firstly, your name obviously needs help and secondly, do you HONESTLY thiink that Jay Kay COULD give a monkeys about what YOU think about his hat?!???, one of the main reasons he wears it is to point out the narrow minded twits like you and hughlight them. their music has beena round for YEARS and we have to face it! we love it. It has moved on, but it still stays in its own category and JAY-you ARE to die for. The only "BONER" here my friend seems to be YOU "alot3955"! sleep well!

Not a fan of the music, and he gave a lousy performance at Woodstock. I could see how other people might like him though.
