For the life of me I never understood their popularity. Weak voices, in fact terrible voices, horrible clothes, and weak bubblegum songs.

I don't want to be rude, but they are very far from being great. The lead singer, T-boz, has one of the most unpleasant voices, well, if you can call it a voice, it sounds like painful dying. Lisa, God bless her soul, was just an average rapper-girl, Chillie is the only one that I liked. This girl had a nice voice and brought some spice tothis group.

I just bought a greatest hits CD and its great. I remember singing "red light special" when I was a kid....its a wonder I didn't get more people staring at me when I sang it in public :)

FYI: TLC stands for T-Boz, Left-Eye, and Chili (Their nicknames). Their music was pretty good. I love the song Unpretty.

I love these girls. I wouldn't buy their cd, though. The song waterfalls lyrics were dope but I hated the music to it, (and the video for that matter, even though it hit at alot of important issues, I mean the only person to walk on water is the SON of the MOST HIGH!) I hope Left Eye is resting in peice and I do think they deserve a lot of credit. So much respect TLC, you girls are beautiful. (But definitely not the best singers and dressers) Keep bringing the hits we can relate to.

Loved Crazy Sexy Cool. That album was the anthem of my Junior High days. I think they have a lot of talent.

They had their ups and downs. Maybe they didnt make the best decisions in life. but who does? Their music has meaning and they have religon. or at least the surviving members do.. maybe thats why everyone here is hating on them. but you have to admit their lyrics (some of them) have great messages.

I have lots of fond memories about how their music made me feel back in the day. They were SSOOOOOO much fun. I loved everything up until Fanmail, which was just decent. I was very blue the day LeftEye got killed, because she had that crazy little voice, big-time attitude, and lots of style. She was passionate about everything she was a part of. I'll miss TLC, but will always remember.

Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes Died Thursday...I'm sorry to hear about it...I Don't Really Listen To Tlc But I'm Sorry That They Lost Their Sister. She Has Brought great joy in the world and will always be remembered!

TLC is awsome!

TLC was at it's zenith back when Waterfalls first came out but lately they've been eclipsed by Destiny's Child. I was surprised at how well Fanmail sold considering the gap between it's release in 1999 and that of their previous album CrazySexyCool in 1994. I guess that means we won't be hearing from them again until 2004. Don't keep your fans waiting forever girls, they might not come back.

Everyone can use a little tender love and care... or whatever the TLC stands for specifically for this group, though, I don't know. What I do know is that this trio of sexy R&B chicks can SING! Sing from the famous "Don't Go Chasing Waterfalls," a beautiful medium-paced song, to the faster-paced "No Scrubs," a song I frequently find myself quoting from... or infrequently, but the point is, I do sometimes quote from it. For the type of music they sing, they're among the best!
