I forgot he was Bob Dylan's son. However they have one good song called One Headlight.  Which more than makes up for it being the only good one.

A PRETTY GOOD BAND. LIKED THIER "1 HEADLIGHT"

Competent, but completely banal and bland and commercial. I guess all you need to do is be the offspring of someone famous and you have every door opened for you. The only thing you ever need to do for yourself is walk through the door. Jakob Dylan is competent, and his voice is more musical than his father's (HUGE feat, that), but his lyrics are completely blase, like really bad imitation Springsteen lyrics. Bands like this make me hate the music industry.

Every album is a collection of songs that you can sit down and listen to all the way through. It is very rare now a days to get an album that is solid the whole way through. I have every album of their's and the only other group I can say that of is the Beatles. Good company.... Maybe, not the biggest hit makers but they quietly make some great, catchy tunes.

They're a pretty good band with some interesting lyrics and an atmospheric sound.

Really boring. The only appeal is that Dylan's talentless son is on board.

Great Rock and Roll band in their own right--dispite Jakob's royal lineage. More in the vain of Tom Petty than dear old dad Bob. Which is fine b/c there is always room for intelligent professional bands that can write great lyrics. love Jakob and Bob for different reasons

Of all the bands I've heard (and there are many) I have never come upon one who performs so well in concert. Once the Wallflowers started to play "3 Marlenas" on their summer tour '97, I suddenly didn't mind paying the $30 for a T-shirt. I say buy 'Bringing Down the Horse' if you don't already own it, not only because it is an awesome album but because the Wallflowers have such talent in and out of the studio.

I think Breach is a great album, this and David Gray's "White Ladder" have been in my CD for a month!! It's creative melodies and lyrics!

i think jakob's band is great. he is a great musician in his own way, no matter his relation 2 bob.

I think these guys are cool. But, they're fans should remember that anytime someone is refers to "Dylan" they're not talking about Jakob.

You'd swear it was his father. Not the same sound, just the voices are so alike. Great artists.
