09/19/2005 | There's racing outside of Nascar. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. OH, oh you mean the guys with all those vowels in their names, THE VOWEL PEOPLE. They play scoccer, don't they. I like football. And..and Nascar. It's a way of life. Not a psychosomatic problem.

04/23/2003 | Auto racing is definitely the best sport around, with the obvious exception of that Redneck Grand Prix known as NASCAR. I'm sure NASCAR requires a certain degree of skill that the average driver simply does not possess, but when compared to Formula One or the World Rally Championship, that four-hour left turn looks like a Sunday drive with the grandparents. It's a shame that so many people think NASCAR is the only game in town, when there is a whole world of racing out there ranging from the rallies to F1 to Grand Prix to drags to Baja and so on. And to Potch1214, if curling can be considered a sport, then you bet your ass that racing can be, too.
