Nicky Brendon is one of the most underrated actors on television and an extremely brave, humble and decent human being.

I loved the show buffy but I never cared for Xander. He was annoying and just an average character, that did not show that much depth as a Willow or Spike. Nicholas Brendon had problems in his private life (alcohol) and I don't think he is the best role model in the world. But still, he was on one of my favorite shows, I have to give him propts for that.

How can anyone who's ever seen Buffy NOT feel that Xander is extremely endearing? Just for Nicolas's performance in this series alone should give him proper recognition. He was able to successfully pull off being a bad guy in numerous episodes (half-hyena, vampire episodes, etc.) after playing the typical 'good' guy. And there were many cases where people could relate to him being the outcast (by just being a normal human being, how's that? because all his friends had some kind of mystical ability in them- he didn't) because I'm sure we've all felt at one point in our life that we didn't belong. Now to admit, I've never seen him in anything else so I'm basing this solely on his role in Buffy. But he did a wonderful job.

He's bright and charming. He has a quirky sense of humor, and quite the knack for comedy, plus he can also pull off those dramatic scenes quite well.

Why is he so low at this site. He was awesome in Psycho Beach Party, and is pretty good in Buffy. I am only giving hime a 5 because he deserves better. I would give him a 4.
