taylor beat hopkins twice fair and square.hopkins didnt be aggressive enough.pavlik beat him twice.maybe he'll win until a third fight pavlik.he hit hard.just got set back for letting trainer stewart train him.after winning title fights aganst hopkins you dont change trainers.he's tough to beat.pavlik should fight wright and have taylor get the winner.so what he lost to pavlik twice.taylor will be champion again

The young middle weight champ of the world is here to stay. After narrowly beating Hopkins, and unamiously one of the times, he has only learned from the two fights. Hopkins, even at over 40 years old, is capable of exploiting the best fighters flaws. Jermain is only 27, is still learning, and getting better everyday. Winky Wright has not shownd me to be able to match Taylor's speed, jab, and Taylor's stength is good enough to damage an easy target like Wright. Soliman showed that Wright is sluggish, and quite slow. Though, Soliman didn't have the power or technique that Taylor has, and Taylor is quick like Soliman, that his jabs and power punch combinations will punish a flabby looking Wright. Winky better watch previous footage other than Taylor-Hopkin I and II, because that is a bad representation of Taylor's capability. He won them, but Hopkins style made Taylor look more mistake prone than he actually is. And if not, Taylor definitely learned a lot to correct them. Taylor will be on top for awhile. He's a class act, who is exciting to watch when he fights a younger opponent, or one with a different technique than that of Hopkins, which is the best in boxing. Go Jermain, Arkansas is fully behind you!!

as good as he might be, he hasnt lived up to my expectations. i think the only advantage he has over hopkins is speed and thats not enough to dethrone BH. i think taylor's overrated.

I was at his fight last year when he stopped over the hill Raul Marquez in 9 rounds, and was unimpressed. It's easy to look good fighting an overaged fighter who hasn't fought in a few years. It's another thing all together to step into the ring against Bernard Hopkins and take the title, something I don't think he can do. I'll reserve my stars for that date. But I don't see him winning that fight.
