I wonder if that woman I was involved with in Tampa many years ago knew this....And I also wonder if you report this, do you get charged with a peeping tom offense?

Then by Bill Clinton's interpretation, doing anything else would not be legally regarded as "having sex".Update: You'de think this one would have been long ago struck down as unconstitutional under the mandatory seperation of church and state.

That's okay, check out this gem from the Uniform Code of Military Justice:

Well darn, might as well leave the Kama Sutra book behind when I visit.

Hell, I committed a statutory violation back in the Fall of '88 with my girlfriend from law school while on vacation in Destin, and didn't even know it! I remember it like it was yesterday. There were George Michael and Elton John music videos playing on TV in the background. Fortunately, I think the statute of limitations has run on this one ... or is that knock at my door law enforcement from the Sunshine State?

is this for real, it cant be i swear that vudija is just making this up to see who would blindly respond... can they really make laws about how you can and cant get it on? I guess if a guy is caught with a hooker and they're doing some kinda freaky kama sutra butterfly thing there can be more to charge them with... can they even sell copies of the kama sutra there?

Abi, of course you've never heard of anyone being fined for the missionary position, it's the only one that's legal. You Florida residents, be careful of that blinking red light outside your bedroom window. It might be a sting! UPDATE: Quick move! It's the Position Police! Do they profile you when you visit Florida?

I live in Florida and I've never heard of someone being fined for using the missionary position. Sounds like it was a slow day at the state legislature! It's never been challenged, obviously no one pays attention.

Jeez, talk about some boring sex.

Hahaha, I'd love to see the ticket for that . . . Would it be like a parking ticket, with a checklist of all the possible offenses listed with a little checkbox next to each item? UPDATE: In response to Poison Tongue, sadly, there are MANY laws that dictate what two people can and can't do in the bedroom. Oral sex is actually outlawed in Maryland, for example. Makes you wonder . . . how many laws ARE we breaking?

People who try to regulate what goes on behind other people's doors need to take a long hard look at what is going on between their own ears.

Okay, so think about this one for a minute. One would have to be a peeping-Tom to witness someone commiting this crime: Wouldn't being witness to it, also make YOU a criminal?
