It's not really dumb, but you would think this would be unnecessary. I also wonder if you could get off on this one by claiming you didn't have any fun while you were doing it.

When my buddy and I were little we would hide in trees in Central Park and peg people in the head with basketballs. But as we aged we found that we could carry more golf balls up into the tree. We at first targeted older people because they would assume that it was hail, but it started getting boring so we changed our strategy and began throwing at anyone. Then the mayor had to go and come up with this law because apparently the tourists started complaining.

i guess this law is temporarily waived when the red sox are in town. bet dodgeball in the empire state is about as fun as tantric sex.

I just think it's pretty sad that they had to make a law. Makes you wonder how often this crap really happens.

But for spite or mayhem, that's a skate.
