i think that is an ok spot. i would just be very careful about picking out what you get - every body will see it

While a little to aggressive for me personally, I think neck tattoos look pretty cool. I particularly like ones on the back of the neck, kind of creeping up under the top of a t-shirt.

It doesn't matter if it's on a guy or a girl; everytime I see a tattoo on someone's neck, I cringe. Thinking about the pain of it, is enough to turn me away from tattoos on the neck.
