He is hot and looks like a sweet and loving husband and father. I miss him on AMC but glad that he left so that he could pursue and move on to other bigger things to show off his talent.

I'm very glad he is no longer on the show. The actor, whose name I forget, who substituted in the role of Mateo when Consuelos was in Australia did a much better job of giving Mateo range of emotion and authenticity.

He does nothing but hover over Kelly and makes her look bad when he co hosts with her on Regis and Kelly. Also he is jealous and she has to be the breadwinner because he can't do anything but be Mateo--who left with Kelly. Also he has a big stupid nose.
