I like her very much even though she is a little bit old. She made great part in lethal weapon 3,4, Ransom, Showtime and in my favourite movie- The Thomas Crown Affair inspite of nude scenes, which were more than enough. She is great actress and I hope to see her in another big role in near future

She's kind of pretty. I liked her in Outbreak. That's one of my favorite movies. She does best playing serious roles, like her character Robbie, in Outbreak.

Classy and attractive older actress who has not allowed the industry to keep her out of starring roles simply because of her age. Good for you, Rene! She does not sport the widest range of acting skills, cowever, and she is beginning to show her age just a bit, but overall Ms. Russo has made herself into a solid, reliable actress. She used to model back in the Dark Ages(the 70's), but doesn't sport the standard model look, which is to her favor. She should still have a couple of leads in her before the inevitable slide into small supporting roles will be forced upon her.

I'd be tempted to give Rene Russo 5 stars if it weren't for "The Thomas Crown Affair." If you saw that movie, you'll know what I'm talking about. It was amazingly bad. The plot was OK, but the love scenes were overdone and goofy, Pierce Brosnan's character was overdone and goofy, Russo's character was overdone and goofy, and the fact that Russo was topless about half the time, while it sounds great, actually got to be a little ridiculous. Still I liked Russo a lot in "Get Shorty" (a great movie if you haven't seen it yet), and she was good in the Lethal Weapon movies and "In the Line of Fire." Sure she's older than most female romantic leads, but so what? She still looks great. She's sexy, intelligent, and talented.
