Politics aside, which is very hard for me to do, she has alot of talent, she is one of the more gifted actresses out there. I especially liked her in 'The Client.' I contradict myself because her politics made her 4 stars instead of 5.

Absolutly on my list of older babes i would like to nail. A good, not great actress. I can not stand her poltical beliefs but I would like to give her a horizontal work out.

Like the leftish politics. Her roles have been mostly well-chosen and multifaceted, but some recent choices have betrayed the necessity of taking any role that comes along.

She gets four stars for being a Bush hater. She loses a star for supporting Tookie when that evil monster was on death row.

I always thought she was a good actress and very attractive. It's just that I'm so sick of hearing about her political views I can't stand looking at her any more! She reads and memorizes other peoples words for a living. How did she become an expert on how to run a country.

I like Susan Sarandon. I think she is a fabulous actress. I don't pay attention to anything she or most other actors/actresses have to say about their political beliefs. A lot of people can disagree with me, but I'm not a very political person to begin with. And I believe that a person's personal political views have no bearing on their abilities to star in a movie.

It is too bad she opens up her mouth morning noon and night and mouths leftist platitudes.Because of that I had to take off .5 stars.Other than that she is a great actress,smart,funny,sexy,likes sports and has a luscious,lovely body.Still is hot.She is terrific!

One of the best actresses ever. I had the chance to meet her when she was filming "Atlantic City," and watched her with the casino dealer students she was training with. She was warm and wonderful, and I was very happy to see the talent to back it up. More recently I have had to work to put her politics aside, but her acting is worth it.

My husband saw her in the totally stupid Rockey Horror Picture Show and thought she was sexy. Go figure. He apparently thinks much less of her now - politics or aging bug-eyed goof ball? Susan is a very good actress. She protrays all her characters with a warmness that makes you belive she is actually their mother or sister or whatever the case amy be.

I hate her. I saw Bull Durham twice but had to get wasted both times to be able to tolerate her face for the entire film. I'm pretty sure she can shatter concrete just by looking at it, I'm sure she deserves Tim Robbins...

When someone asks you a question about a celebrity couple and you respond with a tirade about the Sudan, then you have opened the door yourself to criticism of your politics and beliefs. Liberals think free speech means we all have to shut up and listen to them without responding. Too bad. Susan Sarandon is an idiot. She is not a great actress, she is a great liberal and we are told she's brilliant because of it. I've never seen any actor who appeared so aware of their own celebrity in every role. When she comes into a scene, she pauses for some phantom applause we can't hear. We're also told she's beautiful and she looks like an old whore. I've never seen her manage to make an emotion look real, other than her misinformed self righteous contempt for this country and everything it stands for. She also bad-mouths her mother to her children because her mother is a conservative. Grandma is a stupid old bitty. How lovely and open-minded. Yeah, her children are making their minds up for themselves, aren't they? She's so damn special. Let's forget she ever existed.

Wow, I thought this rating thing was about acting, but obviously many right-wingers can't see a really terrific talent because of their politics. Susan is one of the real greats of this generation of actresses.

An overrated actress. She is very intolerant of other people's political views. She thinks that anyone who doesn't think as she does is evil.

She has way too much to say about things that are NOT her specialty. Susan Sarandon can play a part quite well. She is always very convincing to me. And she has chosen many great movies to star in. Most of them have fit her well. I would have given her a 5 if she wouldn't have starred in that nightmare called THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW...lol. What was she thinking?
