this company SUCKS!!!! the only good thing in the agency is the two girls at front... but in the back people look like they just woke up... and the smell ...uuuuff smell like someone die... very low office.

Their systems are always down! If I could rate this a 0 I would! Never in my life have I seen such poor service, especially in a time of need (after a hurricane). Very poor customer service. Now my family may never get our roof fixed because of their systems always being down. Citizens should make sure these agencies and brokers pay out when needed without all the nonsense.
