The movers worked very hard and paid attention to all our details. I ordered a full packing from the company and I did not have to even lift a finger.And the prices were spectacular.The movers were wonderful and the company had Great customer service!My wife and I will recommend you to others!

Absolutely awful! Not just a bad moving company, but a terrible company overall. Please, use someone else.

First, good luck getting them to call you back. They have never returned my calls. They would not allow me to talk directly with the claims department either.

Do not believe the quite they give you- it will always be more and will take longer. The movers showed up on time but took their time loading things. I had to help them on both moving in and out. I was moving from one apartment to another, which was 45 minutes away.

They fail to mention when signing your contract that the movers will not load anything that is not packed. This forces you to either pack something yourself while trying to move it, which makes the move much longer, or have them do it, which means using their materials (this costs a lot of money). Even if you tell them you don't mind them putting it on the truck unpacked, they still will not. They claim it's for insurance reasons; and by the way, their insurance policy is a joke, but more on that later.

The movers were nice guys but damaged 3 things during the move: a 51" HD TV (smashed because it tipped over during the ride), a table (screws torn out because of the way movers carried it), and some storage containers. They wouldn't take the TV with them so now I am stuck with a smashed television that doesn't fit into my car so I will have to rent a truck to transport it to the dump.

I followed their instructions when submitting a claim. Two months later, I receive a letter saying they received my paperwork and are processing things. 2 months to tell me that!! Seriously, I think the damage was due to negligence on their part. In all, the damage cost me more than $1,100 and I probably will not see more than 2/10 of that back.

The entire move took 2 hours longer than originally quoted and included some of their packing materials. It ended up costing me a lot more.

Definitely, do not use this company. An absolute nightmare.

I have moved many many many times and this was by far the easiest most unstressful yet. Would use again and Would reccomend.

Pack N Roll Movers were amazing. Their staff is so professional and curtious I felt so comfertable having them around my house and belongings. I am a mess when I move but they were able to let me concentrate on the importnat things while they took care of everything else.
The sales rep walked me through everything prior to the move and made sure to keep in constant contact with me through out the day.
I cant say thank you enough.It was well worth my money.
