Though only a small remnant of this once greatest American amusement park remains, it's still worth a visit.

This really doesn't exist anymore, gone the way of the dinosaurs like so many other New York metro area amusement parks. Playland (of the Rockaways), Palisades Amusement Park, Olympic Park, Freedomland. All that really remains out there is the original Nathan's and the ballpark where the Brooklyn Cyclones play...
