In the third presidential debate Senator Obama made the claim that he would ban Partial Birth abortions if protection was given with regards to the health of the mother. This is an empty argument since the baby is killed after it has been 90% delivered and only its head is still in the womb. The mother's health is not in jeopardy for that last second it takes to deliver the baby. He is just being dishonest. Take a look at this video which goes into detail of the procedure. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P5qu87aXc20

Now that the McCain-philes have run out of ghosts to chase, we're at the level of "questions not asked". ..wonder where all this inquiry has been the past several years- but hey, why not. . .Dumbo has been as clear, eloquent, and coherent about this 'issue' as can be every time he's asked of it and still come the shrill cries of "He's not answering the question!" And if the Land of the Free and home of the brave didn't agree, he wouldn't be in the position of winning an election unless a Rovian tactic steals it from him.

Last year Obama stated that the first thing he will do once he reaches the White House is to sign the Freedom of Choice Act, which will, among other things, reduce the impact of recent federal and state judicial rulings that have benefitted the pro-life movement. The bill will strike all restrictions on government funding of abortion, and it will overturn all state laws regarding parental notification. In addition, it will re-legalize partial birth abortion, which was banned under George W. Bush and a Republican Congress. Obama is a co-sponsor of this legislation, so it is obviously safe to assume that this represents his views on abortion.

By most rating analyses, his was the most consistent pro-choice voting record in the State Senate. Is that loyalty or zealotry?
