Who doesn't love a Tootsie Roll? I still have several Tootsie Roll Banks, filled with pennies. I have to laugh, my ex husband, only hands out Tootsie Roll's, on Holloween. They bring the "kid" out in us "old folks."

Tootsie rolls have a nice taste to them but hard on the teeth. not only do they get stuck in them, they can pull out fillings. makes money for the dentists.

If I want chocolate candy, there are so many better options than Tootsie Rolls. The taste is just average, but the texture is absolutely awful. I'm afraid my teeth will rip out if I ever eat these.

I like tootsie rolls. They do taste like fake watery chocolate - kinda similar to a chocolate pudding Jelly Bean. I like the texture, just like taffy and they dont melt in your mouth quickly you get to enjoy them for a long time. However, I do agree that its easy to get sick of them, use in moderation
