Pixy Stix: Sweet sugary goodness! This stuff seriously gets straight to the point! None of this frills or fancy packaging. Just good ol' fashioned flavored sugar! While I admit this stuff is a guilty pleasure of mine, I'd never let my kids have it! The last thing I need is two five year old bouncing up and down the walls.

Flavored sugar, gotta love it. Want your kids to go nuts? Give them some Pixy Stix.

I love sour and tart, and when in the right mood this candy can really hit the spot.

used to love these as a kid. talk about a sugar fix! liked the different flavors. open up the tube and put the head back to swallow all that sugar. then the paper gets damp and makes it harder to get at all that sugar. years since i have had one. give a three not so much for the taste but nostalgia.

Like randyman, we would go to the jakes red&white when we were at my friends house and get the huge plastic ones that had about 1/8 pound of sugar in them. sweet grapey bliss. One time I inhaled some of the powder somehow and thought I was going to choke and die.

Dyed, (unidentified) flavoured pure sugar. Pixy Stix are super simple but good. They have to be eaten in moderation though or the sweetness gets overwhelming yet, what would you expect from eating pure sugar?

I ate these like crazy when I was a kid. Do they still make these? Me and my pals would round up all the returnable soda bottles we could find, ride our bikes to Mr. Ed's liquor store and load up on Pixie sticks and RC Cola. What a diet!

They're a little to sweet. And they can cause huge meses, they also make me hyper.

This candy is nothing but PURE sugar for the most part...but they are still delicious and are fun to eat. I used to really enjoy these as a kid, especially the super sized ones. A nice treat once in awhile....

pixy stix are so good! I used to take them in my lunch bag to school and put a couple in my apple sauce. Sounds strange...but really good. It adds a little tangy-ness. Ahh yes...but when eaten in excess...one tends to get a little sick!

As a member of the duke's men of yale, I sure know that pixy stix are the worlds greatest food. Especially in this fine year of 2004.

Pixy Stix were classic candy items at my baseball and football games when I was younger. I wouldn't advice eating them excessively however, due to health problems that it can cause...example: It rubs your tongue raw, and the excessive amount of sugar can cause blood-sugar problems. But in moderation, this is a great candy product.

I've been guilty of buying these from time to time- the flavored sugar tastes pretty good. However, I wouldn't reccomend eating too many of these things unless you want to have high blood pressure.

I like Pixy Stix. The flavored sugar is great. I like the big, long stcks better than the several, small sticks.

Ahhh, yes, the pixi stix. My biggest memory was riding my bike, raising my head up long enough to gulp down the entire stick in my mouth so that it would melt before I got home from the 7-11. Well, I had my head up to long and ran into a parked car. OH, nowwww it's funny!

Pixy Stix brings back fond memories of my youth. The powdery substance may be a bit sour, but it is so much fun to play with that I was able to overlook everything else. My siblings & I used to pour Pixy Stix in pop (I have no idea why we did that), but we thought it was cool. And me & my buddies used to snort this stuff in study hall (once again, I am unsure why we did this). But it was all in good fun. How many other candies are that much fun to play with??

Pixy Stix are a terrible, too sour tasting candy. They come in those little straws, and you have to chug in down your throat and empty it out. This is like eating a bag of sugar. It reall is, this candy is just sugar dyed a different color, and then they add this strange sour flavor, that makes it taste like a dried fruit.

It's flavored sugar in a straw. And it's not too bad either. Have a few of these things for a REAL sugar rush! It's probably best to only eat occasionally... I swear this candy must have killed someone at some point. It's OK, except having the paper at the end of the straw turn wet after injesting the sugar.

This candy is very good and easy to open, the only disadvantage is that it changes the color of your tongue. They are low calorie and there are no nasty flavors. Most other candy have certain nasty tastes according to color.

They are pretty sweet, but they do not have much flavor to them other than the sweetness. I don't like to eat these because they tend to cause a mess.

Pixy Stix are delicious. I am glad they found a way to put more into a bigger Pixy stick. The fact that the paper container gets wet after you pour some in your mouth does not bother me. I just tear a new piece off.

I am a huge sweet tooth person, but yet the pixy stix was always just a little too much for me. I would cough after eating one because it was so sweet.

Why don't you just inject sugar directly into your veins?

Personally, I don't know a kid who didn't love Pixie Stix. The colored sugar in the striped straws were amazing. Sure, it will rot your teeth out, have you hyperactive for a good two hours and possibly cause damage to the brain..but oh, the rush!

Would you ever eat raw sugar cubes? I never did nor would I want my kids to. So who thought that by adding some dye and putting sugar into cute little straws would make eating sugar any less disgusting? I just hope that kids will wear their helmets when eating Pixy Stix so they won't hurt themselves when they're bouncing off the walls on the ultimate sugar high.
