James Watkins is obviously someone at Anitron, their service is terrible and dowtime is 90%.

I had an entirely different experience with this company. They were both responsive and effective in handling my web development project(s). I give them my Kudos. They are a good company with an extremely talented team. Abdul the owner went out of his way during the development of our project making sure we had good service while excecuting a well thought out plan. It seems like a personal attack vs. real criticism and I would be cuatious of the motive behind this message. Before I did business with them I checked their references and they had similar positive experiences. I recommend them to anyone looking for a professional web site and e-business consulting.

Good designers, terrible customer service. When, your site goes down, it takes hours sometimes a full day for them to fix the problem. And forget about getting a quick response via email most of the time, they don't even respond.. They also never answer their phone, never. The say up time is 99%, (not true) we're down at least 10% of the time. All they care about is the $$$$$. I would strongly suggest anyone considering this company to stay away, far away. Abdul (owner) this is a wake call pal.
